If comments are allowed, then i wanted to add that i wanted to stop all those cops from shooting the suspect, but someone shot and it was like an execution. Lucky me that i didnt get shot.

My first bust of the day, The suspects name way Kfnpah, He tryed too start a brawl in Grove Street, But then tryed too run. The chase went quite well as you can see in the end.

I was getting shot at by a group of bikers (4) in the country with no backup provided. My ranger was on fire and i dived out and landed near a factory in SF. When running i hijacked one of the 2 bikes and jumped off it. The red_bull got off and started shooting at me. I suspected him and shot him within 10 seconds. I got killed shorty after this picture was taken.

Time: 12:00
Area of incident: Los Santos Cluckin Bell
Arresting team: =AV=Decy and L_Parker_04
Suspect: Himmler Crime: Unknown, possibly assualt
Me and L_Parker_04 were in the Los Santos area cruising about in our Ranger as there was no crime in the Dillimore area. We then drove by a cluckin bell near the Grove Street area and we notcied there was a standoff inside the building. We cautiously entered the building along with 'eagleeye' Brian_OConnor. Upon entering the suspect disappered and we ran out.
Upon running out we notcied a renegade biker dude, by the name of 'Himmler' sprinting away from the LSPD. Noticing every other cop was chasing him on foot near the verge i knew he was gonna jump down onto it. He did, along with half the other cops. I got into my ranger and drove down to were the suspect was standing. Actually, on the ground better describes it. He was crouched down with about 8 police from both the LSPD and the DPD pointing guns at him and shouting orders at him. I then persuaded him with the megaphone in my ranger to get into the car.
He did, but jacked me by mistake. One of LSPDs finest Hank_Rafferty wasnt very impressed with this and told him to get in as passenger. He did eventually get into the ranger and i drove him to Dillimore HQ, followed by Eagleeye himself. I then exited the car and told the suspect to follow me into HQ. He didnt, and so with the persuasion of Clooak and a few of our own he eventually got into the station. Here is the picture of the criminal in jail with a few of our own ensuring he doesnt escape.

I was patrolling in little havana with the fbi car 8) and looked who was wanted,
=AV=Arto was wanted(crime: murderer), in starfish and I saw the black cheetah witch he was driving in. ;)
I drove in starfish parked my car quick for his cheetah, jumped out the car,
said "surrender now this is ARPD VCPD officer ber". :o
When I jumped out the car I saw that he stood next to his car, so I shot the cheetah quick. 8)
He ran a little bit away but surrended quick.
We were not alone in starfish also backup and other players were there.
I took the fbi car, was driving to him when I suddenly got rammed and two of my bands were shot, my car rammed Arto and kept standing on him, his health was coming very fast down!! :o
Lucky I saw it fast enough and drove fast forward. :)
He was still alive and jumped in my car, with two shot bands and a wounded murderer I drove to VCPD HQ to jail him ;) :)
In VCPD HQ came another wanted player: =CM=Daniel.
He gave himself over in VCPD HQ, so I jailed him too ;) :P

I was patrolling in starfish, when suddenly a sentinel rammed me.
The driver was wolfy, I suspected him and asked him to surrender.
He tried again to ram me, and I could blow his car with some help of backup.
He ran away to a house and I followed him.
I said again: "this is ARPD VCPD officer ber surrender now!" ;), he kept running, and I could take him down with me shotgun.
His only hope was now to fight or to surrender because I came too close.
He chose the first option :o, he took a M4 and started to shoot me.
He could hit me a little bit, but I could hit him with my shotgun and my second shot was the end for him. 8)

The Officers were having a meeting in the pizza shop while this guy tried to rob the store right under our noses... he got what was coming to him ;D

I was patrolling in little havana with a SWAT car.
I checked who was wanted: someone in vicepoint and stewiegriff in washington beach.
I chose for the second one, and drove into starfish.
when I drove into washington beach, a red banshee came with full speed to me, it rammed me, it went in fire and flied some metres to the left. :o
and who was the driver of the red banshee? ??? stewiegriff ;) .
I came out my car, said: "surrender now!", he came also out his car.
Then some backup and a motorbike (the freeway) came.
We could hit him hard but he kept running and jumped on the freeway.
The driver of the freeway drove fast away to starfish but the backup could shoot one band of the freeway.
The freeway kept driving but in the mean time could I hit the passenger of the freeway... 8)
The result was that he fell dead of the freeway while it was driving. :o :D

I set out on my patrol as usual, a normal day. My car was then struck by a infernus, without missing a beat i reported him in for ramming. I proceeded to exit my car, he did the same, upon me asking him for surrender, he said no :o i only got the ending part...

Details:
In persuit of a dmer on my bike led to an on foot chase, taking my shot carefully, i took away his armour and half his health with d eagle. He finally shot me with dual weild micro-smg ( I only had half health anyway).
Again I chased him, this time on a bike. He driveby-ed me a little so i withdrew slightly and persued from behind. It eventually turned on foot again.Other officers joined the chase (noob officers :D).

Grzesiek the LV captain got me and a couple of other guys and started a swat unit, well we were patrolling and after we stopped a race from happening we went to the ammunation and saw a suspect running and he stoped dead cold as soon as he saw us, and we got him

I was patrolling in starfish in a patrol car when suddenly a sparrow flew above me and rammed me with his blades :o.
The pilot was =FB=lionz, he was command to land at once!
He didn't and flew away, I suspected him and told the situation on teamspeak to the ARPD cadets =AV=tomaz and =FB=arto.
I followed him and he landed on the roof next to VCPD HQ in washington beach, a few seconds later =AV=tomaz and =FB=arto came.
I said to =AV=tomaz that he had to to get the police chopper and come back.
In the mean time, =FB=arto and me were staying getting the attention of the suspect.
The suspect flew a few minutes later away and =AV=tomaz came too late at the VCPD HQ in washington beach. :-\
I gave the command then to search him by car and I was going to patrol by heli.
When I flew in starfish, I saw that the sparrow stood on the roof of vercetti estate ??? and that the hunter was flying to a roof in little haiti. :o
The pilot was =FB=lionz ;), I asked immediatly the location of the two ARPD cadets, =FB=arto was heading to starfish and =AV=tomaz was in little haiti.
=FB=arto was going to get the sparrow and =AV=tomaz parked at the building from the roof where the suspect was.
I flew to the roof, I landed while getting out I asked to surrender.
First he didnt see me and was shooting at =AV=tomaz but then he saw me and he started to shoot at me...
We started to fight, he could hit me but I could get him down with my shotgun.
Lucky before I could put my second bullet in his body, he surrended. (right on time! :o :o)
During the fight, the hunter was damaged and the police heli was blowed.
That is why I asked =AV=tomaz to get the police chopper.
Now the suspect who surrended and me were for a few seconds alone, I stayed aiming at him but he stayed calm...
At the same moment =FB=arto and =AV=tomaz came with their choppers and we brought the suspect to VCPD HQ to jail him...
At my pictures you will see that the ARPD cadets dont have the copskin but they are cops ??? ???, that is because my skins are messed up :D
At the last picture, you will see that there is no suspect in jail ??? ???, that is because he tried to escape and got killed by computeradmin ;)

"...It was early in the morning, captain, when I temporary transfered my police ass to another city, cos our city has no population... I remember this time, cos I had to do some work, which I do in the morning... The sun was rising over the tops of trees, when I found myself in some area, I patrolled... Maybe it was Market area in Los Santos, but i am not sure...
I saw suspect and started chase him... Have no idea what was his crime, cos i am too tired and it is nearly 0200 in the morning, when the sun shows over the tops of the trees... I started shooting him carefully to remove his armor... He finally answered me by shooting, so I was sure already - this guy is dangerous and should be killed...
There also other officers vere involved in the chase, but, sir, they all were noobers, trust my badge... Finally I killed the criminal, dunno his crime, cos it was 0200 in the morning, when I had to do maths...

Have a look at the flowchart i made (Police academy section) That is also contradicting, politically incorrect and wrong if actually taken seriously.
After a crap monday at college (two and half hours of maths :cry:) that is what i need for cheering up - Some piss taking, that is also well written!!! Maybe i should elaborate on my reports further, nd make them less formal if you like that sort of thing....

Details:
It was the end of my shift at SFPD, so i headed to the nearest 24/7 for a bottle of whiskey and some sprunk. Avoiding the country hicks I decided to head to LS (the next nearest 24/7). As I sat at the wheel, downing the flask- radio reports come in of disturbances at Grove. SHIT!!
I spilt white fizzing sprunk over my trousers! Damn.
It was the felons fault...radio startled me :mad:... I stepped on it, and advanced to the criminal. I was pretty pissed off by now, as you may guess, and this fleeing crim was not to keep me from my wife, who had arranged a surprise for me......
Not wanting to be seen because of the embarrasing stains and not wanting to run, i sat behind a fence to rest whilst the suspect ran across the freeway. I was angry. I turned and shot. The gun remained in its position floating in the midst of my hands.....

This I assure is the exact place in which i shot him, wkter was on his heels and retreated in confusion from the other side, wondering how the criminal just died within reach....
And best of all, no one saw the sprunk, and I RTB'd with an empty bottle of Grouse feeling entoxicated to say the least.

Details:
Quite hungover, I patrolled local crime spots where most teen related murders and assaults occur (chip shops, 24/7s and gas stations) in Los Santos. Uneasily I approched Little Mexico. In the distance a fellow officer was being beaten. I was too late. My condolences go out to him, and his family :(...
The teens surrendered immediatly at the sight of my (very big and powerful) gun. They trembled at he mere sight of it as I drove them downtown (Pershing Sq.).

Aproaching the station I remembered Feffie_1's reputation for poor Rping, and then they jumped. They sprinted to the nearest car - [ALS]Biffo's limo. Now its personal. Forcing my alcohol filled tank out of the car I approached calmly.
BANG! :war: BANG! :war: BANG! The driver Feffie_1 was massacarred at the wheel, as 3 consecutive 50cal rounds riddled his flesh.
Meanwhile completely oblivious was Ertbanned helping himself to [ALS]Champaign, and it wasnt untill he saw my enraged figure pelting towards him that he knew he wasnt free. Bricking it he dived out of the door and entered the infernus, taking a few unwelcomed shots lowering his health.
The next 3minutes went by in an adrenaline fuelled blur. Winding through the city of LS, ripping through the streets in red persuit other units joined and we finally chased him to sea, Santa Marie Beach.
Trapped on the pier he had no where to run, his brain steaming from crack, he lept into the sea and made for the boats. Other officers shot from the pier, but using my cadet initiative (lol oxymoron) I went down to the beach and fed the swimming crook with a tasty shell of shotgun kickass, and then he inturn fed the fishes in a squirming fit.

The drug stop- 4/20
Tired after a long night with a nice girl, I get dressed into my LV uniform.
Its my 3rd week as a cadet and I am hoping for some action, surely it happened today when I least expected it.
After I got dressed, grabbed some coffee and a cigarette I walked out of the motel leaving the girl and never seeing her again.
It was a nice friday and the sun was shining, I drove the squad car to the LVPD to ask for my assignment, it was to patrol the LV/LS border bridge.
Such a shitty job for a nice day, I still liked waiting there for a speeder or stopping a random person for no reason.
2 hours into the day, a couple of hard ass Mexicans came rolling by my car and I turned my car around to stop them.
I wailed through the microphone " Stop your vehicle!'' and they stopped sure enough packing 9s :war: on the dashboard I thought.
I stepped out the my car and told the driver to step out of his car, he got out.
I pointed my M4 at his head into I was convinced he didn't have a gun on him.
I then told the other guy to also get out of the car, he did so.
I ask them if they have had a couple of drinks or hits today, they responded like this.
'' No sir we just were driving into town to catch a strip show''
I then tell them to get into the back of my car, then I check the car for drugs and I find some :weed:in the dashboard, I pocket it for later use and then find a ton more bellow a seat and I take it out and show them this.
I ask what this was, and they say we don't know.
Long story short, I booked the drug dealers and drive to my home to my wife and I smoke some of that weed because after all its 420 :weed:

Report details:
Waking up in Los Santos eyes burning, the curtains open to view an orange phospherous light corrupted by the smog. A blur passes and then im somehow at LSPD, and am being ordered to patroll the area.
"Searg im quite tired-"
"Do your f**king job cadet or I will stick this baton where the..." (you get the idea)....So i patrolled the streets reluctantly, scouring the darkened polluted horizon for signs of trouble.
A suspect. Relativly close by, I gave chase paying attention to his driving patterns and calculating possible destinations, however this morning my logic was concealed by mist so I simply followed shouting "stop" "pullover" "respect the megaphone" etc... Until we arrived in the airport. I chased him down with fiery breath until he had no where to go (except the entire airport). I shot.
I had blood on my hands. What happened? Pixelated adrenaline fuelled the responce, and as my pixelated gun fired, the bullet pierced the soul that was my own....

And then like a addiction to base, small became big and details such as peoples walks became noticable. The day went on, patrolling lonesomely and then the hunts began. The frame of mind changed, and like the psycopathic manic being I felt like, criminals suddenly lost there right to live soon after they ran. If they did not comply- then the bullet was judge, joury and executioner. A red veil covered my eyes from reality as the criminal world desintegrated before my very arms.....

It was not until I reviewed the evidence, that I had decided to face the justice system like a man, and face the families of the scum I had brutaly slaughtered. I think of their faces day and night, those who had just reached a vehicle...eyes of hope and faith turn dead as their spine implodes into itself before a mixture of lead and bone tear through the soft tissue of their lost lives.....lost to the wrong cause.
However I will always be their to protect and serve hust like the next man, and now I should sleep, or possibly drink some hi-caffiene sprunk before going back on duty tomorrow....Slurp Slurp hmmmmm...

Sometimes it is veryhard/ impossible to RP with dmers. So I kill them after realising that they will either shoot or run. If the player is a very good rper, then I am likely to /cancelsuspect on him for simply playing along.
However, does killing a dmer make you one? NO. As long as you at least try to hint to them that you want to RP, then there is no reason for you not to kill them if they go running off guns blazing shooting old ladies and admins from their greenwoods.
A possible caption for the thought of a dmer in one of my screens:

There was increased radio chat today, a fine sunny day, amplified by the orange smog lit sky...
I thought i would go undercover, after watching Bad Boys so I painted myself black and dyed my hair. I now looked the part- a black officer, the criminal underworld never suspect the black cop to be a good cop...
After picking up the only available squad car I started patrolling around the polluted streets, stopping to light a spliff I bought off a fellow officer.
Thats strange!!! Im getting attacked my trees! Lamposts, hot dog stalls and small building flew off my bonnet as I carelessly patrolled (again I was basing my undercover work on Bad Boys II) . " I need a break" so I approached the 24/7 at mulholland...aaahh - slurp slurp hmmmm....
Then a report came in of a criminal nearby! I ran my newly aquired black ass in a stereotypical athletic form to my bodged up car.
The suspect flew by, the squad car swerved violently, throwing the spliff from my hand out the window..."This shit just got real!" #
I chased like a nigger without weed up to mullholland housing estates, looking out the side window to avoid teh smoke belting from the engine. "Pullover Biatch Mother f#(|<3|2 ! Or ill pop a cap in your ass!"
AAhhhh !!! ...... (...) I just got pit manouvred my another cop on the turn. Thanks rocket_snail. They headed to the houses overhanging a cliff. The suspect was on foot, fancying his chances against snail. Meanwhile the speedo reached 80 ripping through residential school zones, unfortunatly due to my 'state' I didnt adjust to the turn, and befor i knew it was carrering down the hilside before totaling my car (finally) at the base. The suspect was running along the top followed by (a) snail- the suspect turned to jump a fence, and in G* fashjion, as he lept, from the base of the cliff, I literally popped a cap in his ass, and his body fell limp and hit the floor and remained at the other side of the fence until the necropheliac department arrived...

In the morning Federal Bureau of Investigation in San Andreas got informed by its secret agent about someone dealing drugs in Los Santos. FBI Chief decided to make a trap on drug dealer. With a help of secret informator, FBI agents made an appointment with drug dealer in Los Santos Docks.
Undercover FBI agent drove to docks. Drug dealer was waiting in one of warehouses. When the dealer gave a cocaine, agent took out his shotgun and disclosed yourself. Drug dealer started running away, agent Sharphis entered a car and drove after him. Suspect ran to the dead-end and gave up. Agent Sharphis took him to LSPD HQ, where with help of LSPD officer jailed him.
Agent Sharphis: When he gave me that cocaine, dealer has been caught out. I disclosed yourself, took out my shotgun and shouted 'Federal Bureau of Investigation, you are under arrest. Put your hands up, NOW!'. He couldn't escape with car because my vehicle was blocking exit, so he started running away. He ran to dead-end, he had no any chances so he gave up.

I went to Grove Street on my patrol, and i see #Nisher there with [GPB after DMing loads
of players [As you can see in screenshot]. :war: I asked them both to surrender, they both
took my Police Bike and tried to run away with it. After 2 attempts of getting my Police
Bike, they didn't succeed. They both had Tec9's and were shooting at me! :help: Luckily they both
missed! :)

Whilst patrolling around Los Santos, I was called to Grove Street via the Police Radio. It seems a suspect had entered the house of =AV=Hafford. Details at this time were minimal, but as I arrived I was briefed that the suspect, [EM]Batesy_UK, had a bomb. Once sufficient officers had arrived, Officer =AVt=Yoshi was sent into the house to negotiate. However, this turned against us when Yoshi was taken hostage.
The suspect demanded a getaway car, or he would kill Officer Yoshi. A clever plan was devised, however the massive presence of untrained officers in the area meant complex communications were near impossible. As the ARPD team attempted to organise the general police force, Batesey grew restless. He threatened to kill Yoshi if he did not get his demands soon.
A slightly simpler plan was devised, to lure out the suspect into an empty street then pounce. However, the untrained officers did not comply, and continued blockading the house. As we attempted to organise ourselves, a gunshot was suddenly heard from inside the house. Batesy had executed Officer Yoshi. Instantly, the entire Police Force was ordered to move in. The suspect attempted to run, but did not even clear Grove Street before being shot dead by officer =BBB=Condor.
The chaos that ensued with massive police presence in such a busy area as Grove Street meant that a screenshot was never taken of the suspect, however.

Whilst on a routine patrol around the Los Santos Mulholland area, a suspect was spotted heading south. Sirens blazing, [XS]Trojan and I headed after them. Within less than two minutes, a massive amount of police vehicles had joined the chase.
I fell behind in my car, and turned the corner to find the suspect on foot. The pursuing officers had successfully turned over the suspects car.
The suspect was cornered, and raised his hands. However, when he was told to enter the police vehicle, he attempted to kill the Officer handcuffing him. Before he could run anywhere, Officer Trojan reacted fast and killed the suspect.

Whilst outside the Police Station, a small firefight broke out. The officers quickly crushed the potential riot, however Oeleki did not manage to escape from the Police Officers.
With several guns pointed at him, he was forced to surrender. However, as he was led into the Police Station, officer jay's twitchy trigger finger pulled the trigger on his Deagle.
The suspect sustained heavy injury, but died later in hospital. Officer jay was taken to court shortly afterwards. :conf: :roll:

I was patrolling in little havana when suddenly a black cheetah was driving on the wrong side of the road.
I put my sirene on and did a police control.
They escaped and rammed me almost.
I suspected them and started the chase.
The chase took so long, they could escape everytime and when they finally used 5 cars,
the fight started :war:
I could kill [R*]Yamaha after he shot all my armor.
The next battle took 10 minutes, all my bullets were gone and the suspect surrended.

Two were spotted stealing a car in downtown San Fiero. Officer Jay responded first when beefums noticed the traffic stop. He then went to back up officer [AV]Jay.

Whilst on Air Patrol in Los Santos, Officer Tony_Morano reported a potential suspect, Enzo_Dabniti, for tailgating him. When Tony was forced to brake, Enzo smashed into the back of his car.
Not wishing to be fined and more, he speedily reversed and fled the scene. I was fed the report, and assumed a high-up position following the suspect in the Police Maverick. During the pursuit, Officer Bombatumba joined the chase on his Police Motorbike.
Sadly for Enzo, a new road was being constructed with freshly poured cement and concrete still soft. Flying down the hill at ridiculous pace in his Nitrous Infernus, Enzo unfortunately hit the wet materials head on. Officers Tony_Morano and Bombatumba avoided the new road and surrounded the suspect as the concrete dried his car into the road.
I landed to assist in the arrest.

When I attended to many criminals around the Grove Street area. The criminal [GSF]Hein approached the end of Grove Street, this obviously meant he was wanting to hand himself to the officers. The officers that attended the scene took action extremely quickly and [GSF]Hein wouldn't of had a chance. I assisted by reading him his rights while all other officers aimed and moved into position to arrest the criminal.

Approximately 0100 on 30 June 2007, Oioi sent out a desperate cry for help. He threatened to jump from the San Fiero bridge located downtown San Fiero.
Officer Beefums was the first to respond in the SFPD police helicopter. Other officers soon arrived afterwards. Officers staged on either side of the bridge as the SFPD helicopter hovered overhead. Oioi demanded that his homosexual lover be brough to the bridge - Officer xcasio. Officer Beefums hailed Officer xcasio over police coms. Officer xcasio arrived at the bridge shortly thereafter to negotiate with his boyfriend.
A verbal argument ensued between Officer xcasio and his lover Oioi. Oioi complained that he saw Officer xcasio with another man last night - Don Boricua. Officer xcasio denied it and was subsequently beaten by his homosexual partner. Shortly thereafter, Oioi jumped to his death.
Officers cleared the scene around 0145, however crews are still working to scrape Oioi off of the San Fiero bridge. Traffic delays are expected for at least two more days.

I was on patrol when i notice a big amount of cops and an heli, curious i reached the location where i found the suspect in a roof, the suspect used a bike (Sanchez), to jump from Roof to Roof, when the bike exploded the suspect got no way to go except down, i was with an M50 in position to kill the suspect unless surrendering, wich was not the case...
In the exact moment the suspect showed his body i imediatly opened fire as well as other officers.
When the suspect entered in Panic he jumped from the roof. Highly injured the suspect made a run for it when officer edzha shot him :war:, making him fall, just in time for the suspect not to enter in a sentinel xs when the suspect got up i surprised him with a shotgun shell, thus ending the pursuit... :skull: :cop:

After I decided to grab some doughnuts at a nearby shop, I saw many officers grappling with Omicrom. I decided to assist the officers in arresting Omicron as he only just left jail for stealing cars. Omicron is a well known criminal so I decided to help, he held is hands in the air and surrendered. After the criminal had calmed down, officer [LCV]Cop decided to grab a can of sprunk for all the officers after their hard work.

After spawning at LSPD, I decided to find myself some criminals to arrest. I decided to suspect MetsaMees_Est for driving dangerously, he refused to pull over and so the persuit began. Many officers from the LSPD division joined the chase but it didn't last very long. MetsaMees_Est decided to surrender but approximately 5 seconds after, officer [AV]Tomaz shot at MetsaMees_Est.

I was driving and when i passed Cherry Popper i found 3 suspects in the roof throwing grenades and shooting everything on site.
I imeadiatly jumped of my car and ,at the begging, started shooting with my M4 at the criminals but when i saw Jakes getting killed after killing =AV=Zingman, i started going to the roof, such a heroic movement by Jakes couldnt be made for nothing.
Swearing that my fellow ARPD VCPD officer would be avenged i killed first Winters with my shotgun and finally almost laying dead on the ground iwas able to kill Rusty, saving the other helping oficers from his grenades.
After that horrour scene i went crawling to the nearest hospital getting treated thus surviving from that man slawter scene!

I was driving Past Ryton Aid when i saw Marcika brandishing his Weapon upon a Citizen and firing at him, The citizen ran and so did Marcika soon as he saw me Step out of my car i quickly suspected him for "Firing Dangerous Firearm" then the Chase began. Recklass driving caused him to be suspected for That also so as we passed "Cams Can Openers" another Cop pulled out hitting Marcika and flipping his car into a Building Wall, From then i got out and asked hm to Surrender he failed to reply to i Gave chase to SSA where then i Fired a shot and Burst his Back wheel on the Sabre Turbo. I managed to run back to my squad car and chase again this time he tried to out-smart me by Going up the Washington Mall Carpark not knowing only way down was Jump or same way he got up so he Pushes it jumping to the Adjacent building and tipping his car on landing. He runs but i manage to pull of Four Rounds into him leaving him down to 34HP, I ask him to Surrender again no reply so as this chase continues i find myself another squad car and give chase again he stopped on Starfish and was Firing at my car with his M4 me managing to bail out and grab cover. He then jumps into my car and drives off without knowing he's dying then he dies. XD

When I wore my uniform and got out of DPD, I saw a murderer on the top of a building in Dillimore. He shot our officers. He had full armor and health. We asked to surrender but he was still atacking us with his weapons. I hit him tripple so he had only 50 health left. He left the building and started to run. I followed him. He got in an hotring racer and run away I found a freeway there and followed him. At last he came back to Dillimore again. He got out and started to shoot officers. I came with my bike rammed him to get him hurt. He fell. Then he stood up and started shooting again. I made my last shot with my desert eagle.
After a while some officers arrived to DPD. They came for backup but they were too late.

I was patrolling around San Fierro, when i got info about murderer in Doherty. I arrived there and found guy there who killed a people by katana, so i asked him to surrender and he didnt, and took Linerunner and escaped. So we started chase and we was heading to LS. When we arrived LS, I did him PIT and he lost control of truck and fall onto river and he surrendered, so i took him into DPD Cell because it got shortest way.

I was patrolling again in San Fierro and did patrol for Wang Cars there i found the paramedic who started ram my car hardly, I suspected him for Ramming SFPD Officer car hardly and said him to get out of car and surrender and there were 2 DPD Officers in Wang Cars [ALS]Tooney, [LCV]Cop who saw situation and came help me to bust him. But all goes well, he surrendered nicely and didnt had to shot even warn shoot to sky. Many thanks to [LCV]Cop and [ALS]Tooney.

today 29th august 2007 was a day to remember for all law enforcement agencies across the state of san andreas. it all began with a warning about a hostage situation taking place on a san fierro cargo ship out in the san fierro bay. at first very few officers responded to the call, many of these officers were from the SFPD and others from the SFPD FBI unit. i headed out on duty as an FBI agent to go check on the possible hostage situation and with around 4 other officers we set off to investigate the problem. when arriving nearer the ship we began to get shot at by suspects on the ship and they were very heavily armed and equiped. i knew from the beggining that this had been thought of over a long amount of time. after being shot at 6-8 times i decided to head back to shore and get a helicopter. my first choice of helicopter was the ARPD police chopper which was shot down within 10 minutes. again i headed back to get a sparrow helicopter which was much more easier to control. i then circled the ship over and over sometimes coming underfire others not. as officers continued to raid the ship over and over i kept my eye on main suspects. again i was close to being shot down i headed back to shore to get some good armour and health. by now many police officers from SFPD and LSPD had responed also as well as SWAT officers from LVPD and FBI agents from SFPD. this was when real teamwork had to be used to suceed in halping the hostages. around 2 helicopters would fly back and forward to the ship carrying officers onboard for reinforcements and backup, also we had decided to place a paramedic on pier 69 helping those who neaded a refill in heatlh. now everything was looking good. suspects were giving up, or the taking it the hard way of being shot and control of the ship was looking good. i now decided to land my helicopter on the ship and help out. as we raided on board rooms and busted through corridors we took back the power. now pretty much every officer had helped out with i'd say around 15-25 officers, sheriffs, SWAT members and FBI agents. after of about 2 hours of playing on argonath to difuse the situation we were back in control. helicopters would take officers back to shore and everything was back to normal. i'd like to thank the quick thinking and teamwork of all the officers on scene here today at this out of control inncident and if this were to happen again i can safely say we will succeed.

I just went on duty and got my car from the garage. My first point was to go to the Pizza House in Ganton. When i was approaching it, i saw a crazy-grove beating officer [HG]Vinith. The criminal was not suspected yet, but soon he was. I ran out and aimed at him. As from what i saw, the criminal was very scared and acted nervously because i was aiming at him.

He grabbed the voodo and drove to the gas station and then stopped to surrender finally. Thanks to some crazy guy, who couldn't park his Pizza-Bike, our car flew over and exploded, so we had to walk til LSPD.

All units got a call to LSPD, where database has been hacked. I discovered a suspicious character at Perishing Square, walking aroun, went closer and talked. He ran away, i suspected him and asked for surrender. He was pretty sure he is going to hijack that bus, there... But he was wrong so he tried to run, but got shot.

I found him at Doherty he stayed middle of road with his car, i used megpahone to not park middle of road, he came out and started to shoot me with Ak 47, i tryed to take cover but he started to escape but he drove only some meters if he lsot control and stopped at wang cars he, he surrendered there but at one time he took out Ak 47 again and started to shoot me and next moment was this. + he teleported back to me and started DM with new guns again, i reported him many times but worthless.

I asked him to surrender but he didnt listen and still assaulting with shotgun so i had to shoot him and it ended like this.

Today a big criminal was active in Vice City.
He managed to kill a police officer and he was also not so easy to catch.
He was flying in a sparrow and landed on a roof in Little Haïti until heli support came then he flew away to Viceport and landed on a sea shack, the heli's fell into the sea after we jumped out of it.
AlCaTraz who flew the heli managed to shoot Grimreaper two times in his shoulder with his pistol. Grimpreaper took a chainsaw and ran to me, in the mean time I took my shotgun and fired right on time, he could hit me with his chainsaw but the close shot of my shotgun brought him almost into the water.
He managed to get up again but my bullet was already on his way and the suspect was down. :cop:

Me and officer SgtSUiCiDAL were patrolling around San Fierro and got report that 2 First Degree Murderers at Ocean Flats, Our unit were going there and when they saw us they started to escape, i asked them to pull over and surrender but they didint and moved out of San Fierro and heading to Flint County, so we got them at Flint County Forest their car lost control and roll over roof and blew up and when they saw us they started to open fire and we shot them.

I were on patrol as SFPD and i got report that officer down at the rail road tunnel near SFPD, i started to move there as fast i can and found the murderer right there, i asked for surrender but he started to escape and heading to Desert, i called for backup and i got officer [FBI]Trujilo for backup and we were heading to Desert with that chase, one moment hes car lost control and roll over roof and then blew up and he surrendred... Me and Trujilo took aim at him because we knew that he got gun and he is dangerous so he did i took out AK47 and opened fire and we shot him.

Crime: First Degree Murderer :war: :cop:
I was in the process of transporting Cadet Hell1989 from SFPD to LVPD via helicopter when a general request went out via police communications that Bishop Anto was to be arrested for the Murder of a police officer and could units assist as he was last seen heading north towards Las Venturas.
Hell1989 and I decided to intervene and turned south towards Los Santos, we did not at first find Bishop Anto on the road we had been advised and then interogated the computers to see if dispatch had him logged anywhere else. We found he had been seen in the Market region of Los Santos and I immediately adjusted the heading in that direction with the helicopter, with Hell1989 prepared for the arrest of Bishop Anto.
As we got near we could see the Bishop was driving a small 2 door 4x4 and was thus much slower than ourselves, giving us a better chance of apprehending the suspect.
The Bishop at this time decided to to obey our commands and the chase carried on.

We followed the Bishop straight out onto Verona Beach and the pier where he stopped at the end. I carried out a fast low pass, slowing just enough to drop Hell1989 to carry out the arrest., Then carrying out more asses to distract the Bishop from the incoming arresting Officer

On the last pass over the Bishop I received automatic fire, turned and he surrended, Hell1989 had reached him. I then turned and landed beside both the Bishop and Hell1989 where he took the arrest and escorted the Bishop into the helicopter.

The Bishop was then flown to LSPD where he was charged and jailed for the killing of a Police officer.
Both cadets then left Los Santos to carry out what they had started.

Today 12.01.2008, 11:20 CET, Me ( Frank Cooper ) and Cadet [NS]IceBoy were patrolling in Los Santos, In the one moment there were a driver infront us doing wreckless driving, i put on sirens and started to chase him and i wanted to ask him pull over, me and Cadet [NS]IceBoy did it twice but he didnt stop and increased speed and we had to suspect him. He were heading from downtown to marina beach and stealed speedboat, so as i had to do. I was chasing him alone in the sea with boat for a long time until he crashed his boat up to bridge and escaped to another car. Then i saw Cadet [NS]IceBoy coming who picked me up and we started to chase him again... after big chase we got him at East Beach when i did P.I.T Maneuver to him and he crashed his car wich blew up... he came out of car with wearing 9mm double weapons. I shout him many times to drop the gun but he was only avoiding this, i had to do warn shoot to the ground and he surrendered and we got him to PD in peace.

Details:I was patrolling in Flint County when suddenly I saw a civilian next to the weed fields.I pulled him over asked for his license,though he didn't have one.I asked him what you were doing next to the weed fields.He answered "I heart that this place has great Strawberries".From that moment I knew something was wrong.I told him to follow my PD car to the station.He co-operated and didn't cause any problems on our way there.When we arrived I read him the miranda rights and then I started to interrogate him.He said the same thing when I asked him what was he doing there.The game restarted while interrogation but I brought him back.But this time I was with Sergeant Smey.He frisked the suspect and found 75 grams of weed on him.We suspected him for Illegal possession of weed.I cuffed him and told him to follow me to the station.When we got there,he didn't want to give me the weed because he didn't trust me.Sergeant Smey came to ensure him that I won't keep the weed for my self.He gave them and we jailed the suspect(actually someone stole the suspect from me).When I took the weed I waited at the station for Capt.Longstreet to give him the evidence.The case was solved.

Crime: Reckless driving, driving under substances of narcotics, carrying marijuana.
I were patroling around in Bone Country, when I saw a blue van driving recklessively. I quickly turned on my sirenes and asked him to pull over. At first he didn't stop, but after a few seconds he stopped close to the Lil' Probe In. I asked them to step out of the vehicle one by one, and put their hands up. I performed a body search on all of them, and found additional 30g marijuana on Pablo Santos' body. We went for interrogation and then was put in a jail cell. Sadly my camera got ruined during the interrogation, somehow. ((Forgot to take pictures :<))

Crime: Tailgating & subsequent Ramming
Police Officers: [XS]Panda, Tony_Morano, Bombatumba
Division: LSPD
Whilst on Air Patrol in Los Santos, Officer Tony_Morano reported a potential suspect, Enzo_Dabniti, for tailgating him. When Tony was forced to brake, Enzo smashed into the back of his car.
Not wishing to be fined and more, he speedily reversed and fled the scene. I was fed the report, and assumed a high-up position following the suspect in the Police Maverick. During the pursuit, Officer Bombatumba joined the chase on his Police Motorbike.
Sadly for Enzo, a new road was being constructed with freshly poured cement and concrete still soft. Flying down the hill at ridiculous pace in his Nitrous Infernus, Enzo unfortunately hit the wet materials head on. Officers Tony_Morano and Bombatumba avoided the new road and surrounded the suspect as the concrete dried his car into the road.
I landed to assist in the arrest.

It started at GS9, where multiple members of a presumed Hispanic gang were engaged in a firefight with police. Two individuals fled towards LSAP, where I, as an air unit pursued the light blue colored four door. Upon entering pursuit I was the only unit, and followed them where they entered LS International and made a jump out, passed Santa Marina, headed towards Flint County and then into San Fierro.
The suspects headed past SFPD and onto the highway, where they almost fled into the Las Venturas region. At this time there were multiple units in pursuit after repeated backup calls, where the suspects spun out before passing the Kincide Bridge, where another presumed Hispanic gang member appeared in aid of them. The two original suspects refused to give up and died in a firefight at the scene, with the suspect who attempted to aid gave up, surrounded by police from the Las Venturas, San Fierro, and Los Santos divisions.

He didn't gave up, he decided that only death will make him stop shooting me, as he was almost dead, he started running away, i was faster then him, but not enough, he got a Regina and took off.
I after some time, i managed to track him to the pizza store at the DownTown, when i got there, he was with his friend, the suspect noticed me and started shooting as his friend was running away crying like a 3 years old girl.
He almost died again, and once again, decided to run away.
It wasn't hard chasing him, since on the way, he tried to pick up his friend several times, to my luck, his friend refused.
after some time in the chase, he surrendered, as we were just near the jail cells, he injured me and ran away, to my luck, there was an extra Kevlar vest and a first aid kid near me, which saved me.
After a few more minutes of chasing, he told me that this time, he really wanted to be jailed, i had a feeling he was being honest, so i asked him to come near the PD.
As he got there, i immediately cuffed him, and carried him to the cells, and managed to successfully jail him once and for all.''

Crime: Everything started with a 911 call coming from the roof of the Cherry Popper factory. We headed straight up to the roof around the back of the factory and came across the suspect, holding civilian [VU]aXXo as a hostage. Negotiation attempts were made, but the suspect was not cooperating. Suddenly, the kidnapper pushed aXXo off the roof. I quickly helped him back up while the other officers went after the fleeing suspect. As I advised the hostage and his friend to go home, Filipe was already surrounded and gave up to the VCPD officers. He was then taken to the headquarters and jailed.

I quickly brought in the Hunter and forced Thomas to land by destroying his helicopter. After we got him on ground he was arrested and taken to the central for processing.

It's ENB Mod. It gives you the same graphics as GTA IV. If you want to install it you are needed a good graphic card otherwise your SAMP / GTA will crash.

I was out looking for a House, when some newbie started punching me.
Luckily I was at the House Entrance and did /enter because I was stuck and couldn't run away.
I ended up beating him to near death and running away where he STILL tried to attack me, so I shot him.
I fled to East Beach and hid there, before SWAT arrived. Since they were Roleplaying and didn't come in shooting, I surrendered.
I later returned to the same house and bought it, when someone else, another idiot dming started attacking.
I didn't even bother to show mercy as I was already pissed at the ammount of dming, so I shot the f**ker :D
I hid back in the house, knowing SWAT would probably turn up again, only this time i could take a Screenshot.
If you saw it all from my view, you'd see how stupid all the other suspects look. It's Roleplay, not Cops and Robbers. Even though I went to Jail, I still had fun Roleplaying with the SWAT team. Thats what everyone should be doing. If you like fleeing from Police, There are loads of Cops & Robbers servers, I dont even have to name any in particular.
I've bought another house now anyway, with a cool interior and exterior with places to hide.

While checking the ports for suspicious smuggling actions, I saw some strange guys returning with a dinghy from the Sea-Shack. I noticed a sabre-turbo drived by suspect Jilrock, aided by suspect Guffex. I pulled them over on the sidewalk and checked their car. Nothing in but when I saw what they were carrying in the trunk... They had Weed and Cocaine... I confiscated the drugs and took them to Jail. They tried to evade but I caught him after all... BUSTED!

Well, it is not really an arrest, but it was sick.
We received a call of a suspect at City Hall shooting at the police. All our units responded immediately and we were at the scene within 30 seconds. When we arrived there, we thought he was standing at the roof of the Cityhall. Well, we were right, but he was at the top of the Cityhall. Well, it is not really an arrest, but it was sick.
We received a call of a suspect at City Hall shooting at the police. All our units responded immediately and we were at the scene within 30 seconds. When we arrived there, we thought he was standing at the roof of the Cityhall. Well, we were right, but he was at the top of the Cityhall. No, it's the weapon mod I have. The animation was made with a certain weapon pack in mind.

This ones were taken on the huge C30 Of today. It was one of the most dangerous calls i've ever had. So it was a nice day. For the units that wasn't online when that happened, we had a huge Code Purple on Verdant Bluffs, while we were arriving all the suspects started to evade and they ended up on SF. Aprox. 6 cars full of suspects were travieling around SF When all the officers came and the shootout started. This one was 1 of like 30 arrest we did.

Suspect was driving a faggio, i boxed him in and he was trapped.
Suspect was not complying and i pulled him of his faggio.
He was on the ground and i jumped on him, he was arrested and jailed in LSPD.

After the SAPD recieved a call of a missing officer called Dimos Callaghan they did immidiatly responded to the location Jefferson Motel when they arrived on the scene the hostage was knocked down. Officer John Shaft was the leading officer on scene and invited the SWAT to make sure the hostage would be fine and the kidnapper called Jake Price got arrested. After a long talk in the motel Officer Shaft made the kidnapper comply and the SWAT entered the building they cleared the motel and took control of the suspect. A long procedure come along when the kidnapper got jailed at Area 69 which he had to stay for 24 hours after that time he was brought to the Los Santos City Hall and got ready for his executing in public. Many people were involved so the Police team gave Jake one more chance to give his apologize to the state and after that the SAPD decide to set him on the Streets as free man.

When we received a 911 call from one of the hostages telling us that a Bank Robbery/Kidnap was occurring in LS Bank SWAT and SAPD proceeded to the Bank. A few minutes after FBI Arrived to handle the negotiations and AirDiv gave us a pair of eyes on the sky, A sniper was positioned in a roof building across the road. A few minutes after A.S.I.D. Inspector LukeN arrives at the back to give us some backup... After the negotiations ended ARPD Commissionaire CBFasi Arrived with his "Private Tank" and in the middle of the cause SWAT Cadet Pedro_Cipone received a SMS of one of the hostages telling that one of them was a fake hostage (Means that he was working with the kidnapper) and warned the FBI a few seconds latter FBI Director Hidduh decided to send SWAT inside, The suspect tried to escape but was killed outside and was shot to death... After it SWAT provided transport to the Hostages to the Federal Bureau of Investigations Head Quarters in Temple, LS, and were Investigated by the FBI...

Yesterday's awesome roleplay between TCL and SAPD, Air Division etc.
There was an investigation on us by detectives and seems they planned to strike us after we got picked up from a roof by Air Division rescue helicopter and brought to LSAP where we got arrested.
Well done!

Situation Briefing:
A black colored van was spotted driving on the wrong lane right next to Havana Precinct. As a result of this disregard for the traffic laws, the said driver collided with my vehicle.

The driver was pulled over and requested to pay a fine of 250ARD, to which he responded by fleeing from the traffic stop.
Me, officer Xioa went to pursue the suspect, while Officer Bond went with interception. However, the suspect did not flee far, as me and officer Xioa managed to box him in at Starfish Island.
