Reporting the lieutenant Crypto

Time of Incident: 7:48 PM - GMT+3
Date of Incident: 5/29/2011
Brief description of Incident: I was a suspect and I was running away from cops with a car, then the car flipped. Crypto was in an annihilator, he started shooting me and an other suspect who was with me "Miguelito" while we were on foot.

And of course the annihilator got a major power, which shouldn't be used against on-foot-suspects.
