Time and date of the incident: not sure but i guess its 29 or 18 april
Brief description of the incident: there was a guy name [wb]FaD he a cop but now he become an drug dealer so that's why i take a pick that he is selling me drugs so, please do not not blame me because i return that drug to him so please take action on his foolishness.
Witnesses: most of the cops and FBI member

The mister you are accusing for drug dealing is not offcial member of the LCPD, he worked on free duty before. Besides, according to the evidence you provided us, Mr. Fad was out of police duties (civilian) during the deal.
