VCPD staff is free to use civilian vehicles during chases, if they had to run to a PD to grab a cruiser no suspects would be caught. The problem begins when  VCPD officers patrol the streets in Infernuses and such. Thanks for the report, some regulations will be updated as they're badly written.

Complaint closed, no punishment will be given.
