I would like to ask the VCPD Academy the following question:

Are there any tips you can give me for S1? After that shitshow I displayed in S1, I could use the help.
Signed,
Dominic Toretto
VCPD Cadet.

Everything you need is really in the academy boards. However, focus on procedures, regulations, codes, locations.

Cadet's Progress Report

Cadet Gunnar Bjorck (Dominic_Torreto) is currently on Session 2: Pursuit Tactics. Cadet has mastered the PIT manouver, has been explained the pursuit procedures and has been shown how to use spike strip. However, Cadet has a great lack of flying skills. Hence why Cadet is to take extensive Police Maverick piloting training before this Session can be passed.

I would like to state my opinion on my flight skill:

I do agree that I lack some skill, however, the basic manoeuvres and flight controls are my area of strength.

With the current skills you have, you'll have the smuggle operation helibladed sooner than anything else  :hah:

Sgt. Adams, I would like to request combat advice as well as extensive combat & shooting training, due to the lack of my capabilities. I would like to receive a satisfactory result on this training before I proceed with Session 3.

Ray Corbin is a SWAT Operative and is allowed to provide Session 3 for Cadets. Ray, make sure to follow the academy guide for Session 3 in the Headquarters.

I don't want Cadet Bjork to give session 3. He is very new in game, barrly knows how to even move in fights. I have already trained and told him the things to do while fighting. No one can learn the tips I told in two days, you can't have your session 3 before 5th September, 2017. You asked me for session while I was goingto take you was fighting like barbie so I had to leave your session and train you. It was like a failure in session 3 but I did not do that.
After 5th September, any SWAT Operative+ can take your session 3.

Signed,
Sgt. Steve!

This is lifted.
A miscommunication between me and Sergeant Sevrin. As we're experimenting with a little bit different way of teaching things, you're free to take Session 3 as soon as you like by any SWAT Operative +. Keep in mind that an academy staff representative (Only me or Sevrin at this time) must be present if the session is being issued by a non-academy member.

You have one important lesson to be learned here;

Your VCPD badge is 100% irrelevant outside of Vice City. You do not have any jurisdiction or say with the other departments, and also technically cadet is not yet part of the VCPD.

Know your role and do not attempt to step beyond the boundaries of your rank again.
Nigga you flip sides so much you might aswell be a f**king pancake; one week you're in a crime family, then the next one you apply for VCPD.
Untrustworthy, unhelpful, and simply quite a pain..
