I am disciplined, good at combat, using good tactics to bring criminal down. Friendly and cooperative with collegues.

7. Have you ever had any criminal ties in Vice City? If so, please explain:
yes, I stole some cars to gain money and I killed an officer because of me friends told me to kill him and they would give me money. I will not do it again
8. Do you have any previous experience in other Argonath RPG Police Departments?:
No

Well I have something ot say: since the holidays are over I must get back to studies that means that I must study from early morning to night but don't worry I'll be active at night but mostly I wont be active at the daylight, sorry for that

Cadet, today you broke regulations and i told you exactly what you did wrong on the scene, you said you will not do it again.
But its been over 24 hours since you were accepted and gotten the chance to read the regulations, if you still didn't do so, i urge you to do it.

Breaking the VCPD's regulations will only hinder your progress.

as I stated above Holidays are over and I got back to studies so I must go to school at early morning and get back back at night so I only be active at the end of the day and I didn t have time to read it but I'll do. well sorry I didnt know that I musn't use shotgun to a suspect unarmed but I though we would use any helpful weapon to hunt down that suspect as he was running away easily.

It would be prefered if you had access to Discord. It's a free-to-use communication program, much like Skype, that VCPD uses.
If/once you have Discord, please go here to join VCPD Discord.
Tag me with @Huntsman on the Front Desk channel so I can give you your permissions.

Discord makes communication more easier, which means it would be easier to coordinate your academy if you were on Discord.

Cadet,

You're issued an official warning for misuse of SeaSparrow. You've discharged the SeaSparrow cannon against an on foot suspect who had exited his water vehicle. Despite me trying to call you out on it, within few moments you did it again on another suspect. This is a harsh breach of Specialised Equipment Usage Protocol of the Procedures and Regulations, and will not be tolerated.

On top of the official warning, a three hour copban has been issued to you on my behalf. Make sure to read and follow the Procedures and Regulations, because the next time you are found in violation of the protocol, you will be removed from the academy.

	Cadet: =DNW=PANZER24 Session: #2: Patrol And Response Duration: 50 minutes Grade: 8/10 Passing Requirement: 7/10	Panzer, you showed great knowledge in the codes, and on what to do before and during a patrol, which shows you prepared yourself before the session thoroughly. You operated the radio good, and also knew about hotspots around the city. Do note that when you did a pullover, you over-complicated it, asking for registrations and asking to get inside the car to look inside, which needs work. But what bothered me the most about your pullover, is that you appeared extremely aggressive to the person you pulled over. This can be avoided by showing you respect him, call him "sir" maybe, ask how he is doing, and when you gave him a ticket, you told him something along the lines "you must pay 500 dollars in 5 minutes or be jailed", which was very threatening to him. When you gain more experience, you will find out that when you give citizens unconditional respect, you will be respected back. Being respected will make your life easier as a cop. Also, when you see a fellow officer behind you in danger, you must leave whatever occupies you IMMEDIATELY to help him.

Lets get something clear. Stop acting on your own and making your own decisions when it comes to things like this. You blew up your vehicle and assumed that you failed, and without any interaction, nor waiting for any briefing, you decided to simply quit the server in the middle of the final test. This is a complaint that has been observed by other academy instructors rather often of you, and as I told you in game instances of this will no longer be tolerated.

It seems that my verbal warning did not get the point accross clearly enough, so lets put it this way - the next time you spontaneously quit in the middle of the session, it is end of the road for you in the academy. You will be removed. So make sure that you have enough time before requesting a session and that you will not need to look for excuses to quit the game.

Ironically enough, I found your performance satisfactory, and have therefore decided to pass you. However, do something like this again and I'll throw you back to Session 1 and keep throwing you back to zero until you finally realise how annoying it is to spend your time training someone only to have them leave in the middle of it without any explanation.
I will not repeat myself.

He has displayed the ability to both fly the police maverick and update the fellow units in pursuit at the same time. Cadet performs well in pursuit and is able to deploy the PIT manouver, understands the roles and abides by them. However, grade has been reduced due to the reason specified above.

Well to be fair you're right. I missed that but here's what exactly happened: I spotted tomasiro driving in a wrong lane so I pulled him over then I told him to park his car correctly: when he did that he got out of vehicle and went afk without changing his status I waited about 2 to 5 mins and I were teling him: get back to car then he didnt I didnt know that he was afk his friend "KF GRAYSON" didnt want to express anything so i suspected him and I told him to surrender and he still afk. I hitted him with nightstick until his HP got lowed and he's still AFK but when I went impatient and killed him he just came back active and said" WTF".
In conclusion, when I pulled him over he got out from his vehicle and went afk and when I neutralized him he came back active: isn't that weird??? or he simply stopped moving so that others think that he's afk. pls tell me? I think he wanna evade the pull-over.

if he was wanted while afk, that's on him. Not panzers fault.
