Retirement - Trane Kiedis
« on: February 11, 2018, 19:43:50 pm »
Unfortunately the time has come, I do not have the time anymore especially at this period to fulfill the Chief duties as I have limited free time and it will most likely be occupied by manager duties, I do have enough of responsibilities in real life and I am quite busy with my job too but most importantly a bad event made me realize how important it is to be as close as you can to your friends, family and to those that you care about and spend valuable time with them, I have already spent allot of time staring at the PC monitor and driving around aimlessly in my teen years.

I want to thank everybody who has helped me around during my time in here and especially the asslickers, haters and double-faced people because they opened my eyes when I was younger and made me realize how most of people are, that helped me allot in real life and on daily interactions. I had allot of good times and allot of bad ones too, but both helped me learn something at the end. I want to believe that I was fair with everybody and to let you know that everything that I did was with good intentions and based on the ethics and the vision that we used to have way back on the 'good times'. I will stick around as a Command Advisor because I believe that I can still assist SAPD and guide it's members with my experience and who knows I might be able to return to active duty one day.

I would like to give some advise to the future and to current members aswell,
Be yourself, don't do stuff to impress others and don't offer your help to people that don't deserve it, you will be recycled or made fun of on the end. Avoid gossiping about others behind their backs and don't be involved into cliques, stay away from groups of people on Discord, WhatsApp or whatever unless it is official because they will just get you in trouble. Just focus on roleplaying ingame and be at your best behavior and you will reach your dreams sooner.

I will still be available thru forums or Discord if anyone wants anything.

I've known you since late 2011 but never were close to you even tho us being patriots. You have been a good and loyal part of the SAPD and Argonath nonetheless, and that's a fact. Nicely written topic, true lessons when it comes to real life as well.

See you around, Chief!

I remember you from my SA:MP/SAPD days. You were always a nice and kind person and treated each officer with respect.
I still remember the SAPD - SASD cooperation that you have contributed greatly to happen :).

Unfortunately I no longer reside in the state of San Andreas.

Anyhow,
I wish you good luck and invite you to a holiday in Vice City.  :donut: :donut:

Trane,
I still know you from back in the day, you've always been a great guy that did a lot.
You sure have left your impression on the server and in the SAPD, in nothing but a good way!

Good luck my friend!  :cop:

It was nice to see your rank progression and your work overall. Wise decision, at the right time. Have fun.

I've got to know you as Lieutenant MrTrane, and then shortly after that Captain Trane Kiedis, you then sadly left for a while and came back, once again as a Captain and finally worked your way up as a chief, you've seen many generations, just like myself, and many others, and I'm glad to have been part as yours, and now part of Younes.

I want to thank you for everything you've done up to this moment for the SAPD, and for the work you will continue to do as a command advisor, and maybe as a command staff member in the future. It always saddens me to see an ERA ending, but it's always good to see a new one starting too.

Thank you for everything Chief Trane Kiedis.

*Raises his right hand towards his forehead as he forms a flat hand, giving a salute to Trane.

You and I go back many years, you gave me a chance in SWAT back when I f**ked up in SAPD (some RS4 stuffs). I learnt most of what I know today thanks to you. You are, probably, one of the all time greats of the SAPD and will forever be remembered as a legend. I owe you a lot.

I feel sad and happy on the same time. Sad to see you go after such a long time. Sad to see a good friend of mine which has always had my back in good and bad situations that involved me, you were always there for me when I had problems with SAPD.
On the other side I am happy that you are doing good in real life and you got a job and good relations with friends and family ;)

Would be nice to see you around and for sure we will keep in touch together.

I joined Argonath since the beginning of 2012. I was such a newbie and inactive but sometimes I'd go on duty as a freecop and you'd patrol with me and helped me around a lot.

When I officially applied for SAPD years later Drix had just left and you were assigned. We had a lot of good and bad moments but you were always there to help and guie me. There are so many moments I can think of, like my first day in SWAT where I got awarded a life saving ribbon for saving you, myself and others by shooting down the FLA sniper or the day when we had deployed CSD and you kept flipping the Sultan, even got me killed when I was AFK

It's sad to see you leaving, even though everyone knows you weren't fulfilling your duties, but I'd rather see you come back instead. Anyway, I wish to think you for all the opportunities and everything else you've done for me and the Department.

Thank you, Chief!
