Good evening,

This won't come as a shock to many of you. Recently as many of the fellow members of the department have seen I haven't been as heedful to my duties as the Deputy Chief of Police as I should have been. My appointment to a position within the server HQ has taken quite a toll on my duties within the Department to the degree which I can no longer be the active and present Deputy CoP that I wished to be. I will be happy to assist future STAFF officers as an advisor if they so wish, however, I believe it is best to allow for someone new to take my seat and give it the much-needed scrutiny it deserves.

I do not want to make this letter longer than it has to be and as such, I’d like to cut it short here with a final thank you to everyone in the department as well as the friends which I have made along the journey.
