Situation Briefing:

A black colored van was spotted driving on the wrong lane right next to Havana Precinct. As a result of this disregard for the traffic laws, the said driver collided with my vehicle.

The driver was pulled over and requested to pay a fine of 250ARD, to which he responded by fleeing from the traffic stop.
Me, officer Xioa went to pursue the suspect, while Officer Bond went with interception. However, the suspect did not flee far, as me and officer Xioa managed to box him in at Starfish Island.

This led to the suspects vehicle catching fire, and the suspect eventually surrendering. Suspect was arrested safely, no citizen, criminal or law enforcement casualties sustained
