I always use to see Officers giving their lifes away for the welfare of Argonath and their citizens and as obvious to serve the Police Department, I also would like to be the one.
6. Why do you think you are a suitable candidate to become a VCPD Cadet?:
I have been a voluteer as an ARPD and I know how things work pretty much until I get used to some of the rules and regulation VCPD have.
7. Have you ever had any criminal ties in Vice City? If so, please explain:
not me but my brother Ben Kluger had a lot of ties with friends but he even asked me to be one of then but I denied and that is why I am still not on my graves and willing to serve for the welfare of the city.
8. Do you have any previous experience in other Argonath RPG Police Departments?:

9. Do you agree to follow VCPD Procedures and Regulations as well as server rules?
Yes, I do.

Absolutely recommended. His assistance today in a counter-terrorism operation against bombs in the city was phenomenal.

As said I would like to be a cop because I have been thinking about it since days and want to actually serve vcpd to enjoy some roleplays from my perspective
Yeah, I don't have much more ties with Antonio anymore except as a good friend who left playing vcmp anyways but yeah I won't hesitate if I have to turn on my friends for combat if it comes to serve for duty (as far as you can see last night I had fought some of my ex allies)
No idea, atleast not back in those fishy jobs.

Keep in mind that your actions as a cadet, if you were to be accepted to the academy, will be monitored. Given your past history, There's little chance that you would be given a chance in case of treason.
Other than that, I've seen your work on the field and could prove quite helpful for the VCPD.

Road Rash
Description
After the ending of the session#02 , ARPD officer David Webb has called backup for a suspect for reckless driving and ramming civilians. VCPD Senior Officer Kowalski, the one who was taking my session, has asked me with accompany him for the pursuit as a air unit and I complied to do so. Suspect was neutralize with glock 17. There was 2 casualties respectively which was caused by the ARPD Officer David Webb itself but after explaination, he said that it was due to sneakiness of the criminal causing David shoot the officer instead of the criminal.
Result

NOTE: I've passed you, but when it comes to general pursuit competence, with the Cheetah, you need to really work on it. When I took a Cheetah and had you pursue me, I of all people was able to run rings around you and escape your visual radius. Work on it and you'll get there.

NOTE: The reason Cadet Riley passed so fast is that he was already competent and clearly knew what he was doing. All he needed was a little explanation on self-preservation, teamwork and minimizing casualty numbers. Phenomenal work, keep it up!

Smuggling Yacht
Description
I was being called for backup by VCPD Officer Shaw Oswald to help him surpass the smugglers who were taking some illegal goods in their yacht including heavy illegal weaponry, some high quality cannabis seeds and some high quality TNT with effective chemicals (CO2 , N2). At the voyage, I have killed three suspects who were possibly tied with Eight Avenue Furies and then Officer Shaw arriving to the scene, making the suspect trying to evade with one of his another friend which was still a mysterious face. After some searching, Suspect came back on Visual in Escobar International Airport on foot when VCPD Captain Andrews Aky arrived in the pursuit, assisting me and Officer Shaw to kill them.
We had a total casualities of four in which, one of them was friendly fire where Officer Shaw nightsticked one Officer to a massive knockdown, resulting him get a headache and because of not being enough capable to balance after that knockdown resulting the officer to fell down in ocean and drown. Other three Officers were killed by the suspects.
Result

Shootout
Description
At the time of patrolling through Prawn Island, I heard 2 m4 carbine bullets. While approaching the gun shots, A guy who was a possible member of Eight Avenue Furies got shot by the Suspect who was armed with stubby shotgun, m4 and ingram. The suspects was a white guy in brownish jacket and blue jeans. The suspect was running towards the mansion before a patriot full of thugs arrived to ambush us and help him escort. VCPD captain Aky, VCPD Senior Officer Omar Eltaib and I have killed all the thugs with some of the casualties of ARPD voluteers. Later on, The suspect have taken a hotring and started escorting before Officer Gabriel Adams intercepted the hotring with the cruiser and took out the suspect before the suspect killed another VCPD cadet.
Total Casualties was approx to Seven or Eight. Many of them were ARPD volunteer. All of them were taken out by the unknown thugs and the suspect. The Suspect and the thugs are possibly from the group of Marseks.
Result

RoadRash#002
Description
A black guy wearing a blue jeans and blue jeans shirt, were suspected for not complying to pull over. I was the primary unit that time, chasing him while Spada were updating radio. The infernus was flowing black smoke before Cadet Spada did a big blunder, not complying me and trying to block the ways with his VCPD Maverick, destroying the Maverick by blocking my way instead and colliding to a pole. I was successfully putting an eye on the suspect before officer Spada, again rammed my vehicle with his primary unit and destroying my car back. Yet after half an hour, we successfully got a visual on suspect and started the pursuit again at the airport arena before Cadet Spada for third time, rammed my vehicle and making Senior Officer Kowalski's vehicle collide on a fuel less airplane. The suspect successfully lose away after we search for him throughout the city for an hour. Suspects face was still a mystery because he drove away before we identify him.
Total Casualties was zero but Officer Kowalski and me had severe injuries for Spada's action and hence were hiatus for that day.
Result
Aborted.

Street Encounter
Description
While going in daily patrolling, a guy in red bandana and blue jeans were following a reckless truck who just ripped three lamp post off infront of my eyes. I stopped my HPV in front of the truck, resulting the truck stop and making his driver come out. That another guy just came up with an possible tec-9 at the truck driver. When I just put my glock out, the another guy in red bandana said that his gun was a toy. After asking to frisk, the guy failed to comply. When I turned around at the trucker, that another guy choked me before I push and make him run. Pursuit was in foot and it lasts long till 15 minutes before the suspect surrenders himself. Cadet Davidson took the handcuff out and put on the suspect's hand. The suspect asked me that he have to go to pee. So after a lot of arguments, we let him go to pee with Cadet Davidson guarding him. He outsmarted our cadet and then ran again towards the Washington Beach complex till he get shot down by cadet.
Total Casualties were zero.
