(( I will be back in nine more days. I went to Martinique, north of where I live to visit my grand dad who has generalised cancer. I will just like to say to Vincent Vice that I will not be able to continue traning till sometime next week. Thank you. ))

(( Oh PiTyFox, thanks man. He is not doing that bad though, but he is undergoing chemotherapy today so, we just have to think positive. Anyway, on the brighter side, I have not gone on a vacation in another country in years. ))

Frederik I am sorry to hear about you grandfather, I hope he recovers, We will see you soon and your training can be any time when you get back it doesn't matter.
