Because I think I'm capable of joining VCPD. I left crimes and started helping cops to make my future and that was my dream from the starting of the game.
6. Why do you think you are a suitable candidate to become a VCPD Cadet?:
Because I have everything what a Police Officer has.

I joined Soprano in the first then Vipers. Now I left them.

After a discussion with Senior Staff, not only it seems you didn't change a bit, we also found out you have criminal ties with Viper, making you a security threat aswell, please make up your mind next time you apply and keep working on fixing the flaws you had in the past.
