1. An LCPD Officer is allowed to use their weapon in the follow situations:
A. When a suspect is refusing to surrender, after atleast two warnings.
B. When a suspect is trying to evade from law enforcement agencies (example: tire-shooting).
C. When a persons' life is in direct danger by being threatened by a suspect / dangerous civilian. The LCPD Officer is allowed to open fire without warning or suspectation and should always aim at non-vital organs.
D. When the LCPD Officer is off-duty and there is a direct danger to self or other lifes and there is no law-enforcement on scene.


2. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to use their weapon in the following situations:
A. When a suspect is not responding. In such cases the suspect should be reported to the administration.
B. When a suspect surrenders to law-enforcement, regardless of the situation.
C. When the LCPD Officer has the order to hold fire from higher ranked police members.


3. An LCPD Officer is allowed to use marked LCPD vehicles:
A. When patrolling.
B. When transporting law-enforcement to a scene.
C. When transporting a suspect in custody to a police department.
D. When providing an escort.


4. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to use marked LCPD vehicles:
A. When doing undercover tasks.
B. When used for personal use (example: server events, groceries).


5. LCPD Officers are strongly recommended to patrol with a minimum of two Officers in a normal patrol when there are 2 Officers available for patrol.

6. Only LCPD Command Staff (Lieutenant +) are allowed to use the unmarked LCPD Buffalo.

7. An LCPD Officer is always obligated to use indicators when not in a chase.

8. An LCPD Officer is always obligated to use the 'rumbler' or fast-siren when responding to an emergency and crossing an intersection.

9. An LCPD Officer is allowed to cross, search or raid private properties without a warrant:
A. When the owner of the private property is stated as suspect.
B. When someone's life is in direct danger (example: hostage situations, robberies, chasing a criminal).
C. When the owner of the private property gives permission for it.


10. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to cross, search or raid private properties without a warrant:
A. When the owner of the private property is NOT stated as suspect.
B. When a higher ranked LCPD member does not give permission to do so.
C. When the owner of the private property does NOT give permission (exception: life threatning situations).


11. An LCPD Officer is only allowed to ram another car with their police car:
A. When the target car contains a suspect and is attempting to run.
B. When someone's life is in direct danger (example: attempting murder with a vehicle).


12. An on-duty LCPD Officer is allowed to use or confiscate private vehicles ONLY:
A. When the LCPD Officer's duty vehicle is out of service and the LCPD Officer needs to find a new vehicle as soon as possible (example: in emergencies).
B. When given permission from the LCPD Command Staff in high-speed chases.


13. An LCPD Officer is allowed to perform a traffic stop (using the 'yelp' siren):
A. When the driver's speed is not within the limits of the Liberty City law.
B. When the driver is driving recklessly.
C. When the driver is a suspect.


14. Only LCPD Upper Command Staff (Captain +) and undercover units (when on an operation) are allowed to use clothes different from the LCPD uniform while on-duty.

15. An LCPD Officer is always allowed to call for urgent N.O.O.S.E. TRU backup at any time.

16. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to shoot from any vehicle regardless the situation.

17. An on-duty LCPD Officer is always allowed to use the police helicopter (exception: private tasks).

18. An LCPD Officer is allowed to suspect ONLY:
A. When a civilian committed a valid crime.
B. For roleplaying purposes (both sides must confirm).


19. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to chase and arrest a suspect:
A. When the officer was prohibited by a higher ranked officer.
B. When the suspect has been investigated and found innocent.


20. An LCPD Officer is allowed to use sirens:
A. When the LCPD Officer is proceeding to a crime scene (using the 'rumbler' siren at intersections).
B. When the LCPD Officer is in persuit of a suspect.
C. When performing a traffic stop (used to inform the driver, only short signals combined with the horn).
D. When performing a roadblock (no sound).
E. When transporting a suspect to a police department.
F. When escorting.
G. When there are safety concerns such as road obstructions.


21. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to carkill anyone regardless the situation.

22. An LCPD Officer is ONLY allowed to carjack:
A. When the suspect tries to flee from the authorities.
B. When the suspect shows resistance to exit the vehicle.
C. When the suspect tries to flee from the authorities in a vehicle as a passenger, the driver may be carjacked.


23. An LCPD Officer is ONLY allowed to use LCPD Stockade:
A. When transporting suspect(s) to the state prison or a police department.
B. For setting up a roadblock.
C. For chasing a vehicle with high mass (example: trucks).
D. In the event of a convoy or other public event.


24. An LCPD Officer must atleast be an Officer in order to organize public events.

25. An LCPD Officer must halt chasing a suspect whose game crashed, and give them a fair chance to evade once again.

26. An LCPD Officer can continue chasing a suspect whose game crashed in the event of a server restart.

27. An LCPD Officer is NOT allowed to return to the same crime scene after character death.
