Description of the situation: While I was patrolling as 7-LINCOLN, I saw a male infront of the City Hall, that turned out to be a suspect for evading. The suspect was also trying to hack ATMs, I started aiming my gun at him and he quickly surrendered. Suspect has been processed in LSPD and has been identified as Jacob Williams.
