I love being a cop and helpin ma comrades

Well i have normal roleplay skills and in combat if the lag is not f**king me up i can hit some good shots

Try playing more on duty to gain field experience that might help you in the future sessions and with the points where you were not good enough, and try, as well, to socialize with other officers

You are welcome to re-apply whenever you feel you are ready. Take a look over the VCPD guides, and perhaps you could gain additional experience from fellow officers to help expand your knowledge and abilities as a police operative.
