It seems there is some confusion as to the status of Plam Knight.
He is my right hand man. :v:
He acts with my authority of ARPD Commissioner within the SAMP server over ARPD matters (includes both SAPD and FBI).  :leroy2:

He is not the Commissioner (that is still me).
If you have any issues please contact me!
I do not bite any more!  ;)

This allows me more time to work on the dev side, with a person who is much closer to the action, but still allows me to advise and oversee in areas of my experience.
