Today around 20:30 CET, the VCPD chief was patrolling in starfish island, when he suddenly heard some shots in the washington construction yard. He drove fast with his siren on to the construction yard to have a look. Four men were talking,shouting, likely having a meeting and one of them was wounded. After they noticed the police officer, they suddenly were much calmer and one of them greeted pleasantly. While the VCPD chief was asking some questions about the shots and why the man was wounded, one of the kidnappers took an injection and attacked him, he managed to take his .45 but it was too late.. The kidnappers pulled him in their car and drove to their headquarter where he waked up. The VCPD chief told them to release him and asked questions, while he was threatened by a sword and by violent words. It didn't take very long before the VCPD noticed the situation and backup was on the way. There were four kidnappers who surrounded the chief so it was not so easy to liberate him but VCPD managed to. Police officer Simon just entered the room and was captured immediately but he was just a distraction and when the kidnappers were busy with capturing Simon, officer levi drove with full speed in the headquarter. Thanks to this distraction the VCPD chief pushed a kidnapper and managed to escape. One of the kidnappers followed him and shot him in his shoulder. After a short visit in the VCPD headquarter, where he took some guns and ammo, the just escaped hostage started chasing his kidnappers with the very necessary vice city police force as backup. The criminals where very hard to arrest in the beginning but Special officer of the VCPD Crime Investigation, Team-Rusty,who leaded the backup, managed to seperate the four criminals by a well trained and moderated fighting skill. One of them was shot by accident by a colleague criminal,who shot also a police officer down.After a big gunfight, two other criminals were taken down and the last one was at the end surrounded by four officers. He took his shotgun and fired at one of the officers but officer Team-Rusty took care that it was the last bullet that the criminal fired... The four kidnappers:Evilsforza,moneris0,Hakkapelita and Shadowsforza are dangerous mafia members. Shadowsforza was believed to be drowned during a previous arrest but he likely managed to save himself. VCPD will stay fighting the criminality to clean Vice City completely!
