Good luck in the future Mike, I remember when we were patrolling and you were a Freecop - two days later you were an officer, than you slowly climbed up the ladder, a whole hell of a lot quicker than I imagined.  You really were a true inspiration for SAPD, and you did many good deeds for us.  I hope to see you back someday soon.

You're like a brother I never had, and I appreciate all the fun times that Matrix, Jimmy, you and I used to have in the S.W.A.T. truck and even Squad cars.  We had many great great times, and I will always remember them.

Goodbye Mike, as part of the SFPD Command staff I looked up to you for guidance, now I guess it's time to look elsewhere.

Goodluck with your future endeavours and RL problems. Hope to still see you around though.

i am to bussy irl to be active ingame to be a Lt

Really? Then why did you resign, instead of dropping down to a lower rank instead of being Lieutenant? Think about this, DHR Mike, when you say real life has become too hard;

I am the Lieutenant for San Fierro PD, having to put continuous work into SFPD on a daily basis to forge new ideas and keep the Department active, to prevent people from having to quit or transfer, and have them patrol our areas.

I am the Police Academy leader, having to post numerous training guides and training new Instructors, as well as moderating the board, on a daily basis.

I am the Reports section moderator, having to edit reports and moderate the section appropriately, on a daily basis.

I am the leader of SASD, the largest Police RP Group, having to enforce strict RP regulations and policies on a daily basis, while supervising over 8 people at any minute of the day, whether home or not.

I am a server administrator, having to be careful of everything I do while in game, sticking to professional levels every moment and making correct, and unbiased decisions every time I begin to type in the server, or on the forums.

I am in a Law Enforcement career in real life, dedicating between 24-60 hours per week to the Police Department and my patrols.

I am the supervisor  for my Police Explorers post, having to run the post, and supervising over 20 explorers, who are 14-20 years of age, and constantly having to learn how to be mature. I also have to constantly work on organization of the post, showing up to events, etc.

I am a Volunteer Firefighter, having to spend 6 hours a month training, and responding to any call while at home, when the calls come out.

I am in a relationship, having to balance time with my girlfriend with all of the above, in order to keep her satisfied.

I am in College, finishing my degree for Administration of Justice which requires 18 hours per week, so I can better myself in a Law Enforcement career.

My grandfather is dieing of Cancer, for the last 2 years, and I have to constantly keep him up and alive, on a daily basis.

And YOU have too much stuff going on in real life? Please DHR Mike, save the sob stories. You did a good job, but you sure know how to ruin it. This isn't a post about how "great I am". This is a post to show you, and others, that work can get done if you just put time into it. But I suppose not everyone instills those values.

Never-the-less, you did a great job while you were here, and I salute you for all you have done. I'm just a little disappointed, because of all people, I didn't expect you to give up.

I'm not speaking on behalf of any department nor SASD.

Apparently you missed the point Rory tried to make.

Rory admired Mike and thought he would be the last person to just give up and quit because of too many things to do. Rory said all those things not to make himself look good but said all those things to show that he could have the same excuse and give up too.

Then I suggest you to resign from the moderator position you received a few weeks ago, as you obviously don't have time for it.

Rory i stil respect you and anyone in this Department and i know what you mean but you also need to get my point i am not Quiting couse i am giving up The main Reason i am Quiting is that i am bussy irl and that i just needed a Break from ARPD does not mean im gone for good  ;) and i don't care about rank like i said befor

the reason i also quit is so i don't disapoint my department with bieng inactive couse what use is bieng in a Department when i only disapoint them with bieng inactive ?
