This is a quote from the Application Introduction/Information :

'' Step 3- Keeping your application active

While you are waiting for response from SAPD CMD, you are supposed to keep your application active with at least 1 report per week from either your side or operation leader in which you participate in side.
The report doesn't have any specific format and we are leaving it entirely up to your creativity. (We would rather know about roleplay than the amount of suspects you killed or jailed) ''

Just read to bolted part again and consider your patrol format. This is just a tip, use it wisely.

Overall activity: Today it was a very busy day - many suspects and traffic stops also. I also saw many situations, but unfortunately cannot attend, because in most situations I was too far away. Anyways, the suspects are well-skilled, and this gave us problems. They are very hard to be caught these days. But, we are still going on.

I have decided to leave D.E.A for a while, at least until it will become official by any chance, and to focus on the SAPD/ARPD work. Sorry for the problems created. Anyway, I am not going to close D.E.A., but instead I will leave it on good hands. Thanks for understanding.

Why do you think it "may" become official? There is no "If's" or "bif's" in this case as there is nothing noted under my to-do list for the future.
That means, there will be no official DEA unless me, Fernando or Jaaskaa approve it. I also don't see any reason why you would become official when there is an FBI division doing the same duties, officially.

In this case, there is no possibility or chance unless FBI one day shuts down which I highly doubt.
