Operative's name: Dwayne Greenhouse and sidney
Operative's rank: Both freecops

Time and date of the incident: 6/18/12
Brief description of the incident: They began to shoot me for no reason, i then tried to run away but then they caught up to me, i told them to stop and they didn't so......
Witnesses: None.
