The County Sheriff's Department (SASD) is located in Dillimore, Los Santos. We are a department of well-disciplined and educated law enforcers. The Sheriff's Department has jurisdiction over facilities operated by Los Santos and the surrounding Counties. We work in conjunction with the SAPD in order to keep the citizens of San Andreas safe. We respect all the laws, and the governing bodies of San Andreas, as well our teammates from other departments. Patrols are for an assigned district in a patrol car, on assignment for the purpose of observing the potentially criminal areas of the state.As an officer in our department, you will hold responsibility for the enforcement of state laws relating to public safety. Preparation, processes, and reporting are also required. We hold regular shift meeting, seminars, and training sessions to remain knowledgeable of operations and to PROMOTE job performance. We are a primarily peaceful department, who will not tolerate poor discipline amongst our members. We do have a minimum required level of proficiency in the use of firearms, and evasive action/driving skills which will be tested on the job.
