When did you join Argonath RPG?this year only from August
How long have you played VC:MP?one year
On average, how many hours a week do you play on Argonath VC:MP?4-5

Why do you want to join the VCPD? I am interested in joining VCPD so that I can get a bit more familiarized with the responsibilities of a cops, it's my own will to join the team, and wanna experience by encountering the criminals involved in nefarious activities and smuggle. VCPD is a responsible task and it helps to maintain the proper environment in the Argo society thus I wanna contribute too in busting the criminals as there have been many criminals these days
Which areas of police work do you most enjoy? Chasing and fighting
How can you contribute to the VCPD? About my contributions, I'd do my best to maintain the dignity of the department and will Abide by all the rules a cop should follow and will make others stick to the rule too, in order to make Argo environment smuggle free and free from all the criminal activities.
Have you read the official guidelines and do you agree to adhere to them?yes i agree

Rank: VCPD Cadet (VC:MP)
Target Rank: VCPD Officer (VC:MP)

While your application is a little flawed, I saw you perform in game and personally evaluated your performance. You are a polite, well behaved officer who understands the basic rules of police duty, knows how to roleplay and you seem to be dedicated. Everything else that's needed will be taught to you in the academy. Therefore, I took the decision to accept you. Welcome to the Academy!

You now have access to the VCPD Academy (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=63.0). Read the topics within it and familiarize yourself with the Procedures and Regulations.
You are welcome to contact senior staff for your training and examination.

Welcome!

Chief of Police

Good luck Elizabeth, when we defended Kiki from those DMers, you showed me incredible skills. As an ex-cadet of VCPD, I have seen performance but you really showed me a great potential.

I hereby recommend Elizabeth.

It's nice to see you settling in within the academy. I shall mention that so far I am impressed with your performance. Keep it up and you have a future here in the VCPD.

On a side note, there is a complaint currently under investigation in the VCPD Complaints board that requires you're attention, as you are pointed out as a witness. Please, post your statement on the matter.

Details:

Cadet: Elizabeth
Session: #1: Procedures and Regulations
Duration: 1 hrs
Grade: 5/10
Passing Requirement: 7/10

Status: Failed

Notes:

Cadet's answers to the questions were lacking.
For one, Cadet did not know all the instances when is a police officer allowed to open fire without a warning.
This is worrying, because if the Cadet is not familiar with those points, he may discharge his weapon inadequately.
What influenced such a grade though the most, was that the Cadet did not know the Specialised Equipment Usage protocol.
Once asked how do you use a Sea Sparrow, the Cadet suggested that it should be used against fast speed vehicles.
That is not only a great breach of VCPD regulations, but of administrative rules as well.
A sea sparrow shall never be used on anything else than boats and aircraft, plus,
there are additional steps and precautions that you need to follow when using it.
Cadet, please re-read procedures and regulations again, including the Specialised Equipment Usage protocol.
You may retry this Session tommorow.

@MrMeeses

Can you please stop putting your nose in other's applications. You're making a negative impact on someone's application plus the type of tone you're using against a cadet won't be tolerated by me. You are not a VCPD, remember?

Can you please stop acting like a senior here and you yourself cannot even aim properly and you're advising someone who knows that much better than you do.

You are currently offending, degrading someone who is better than you, and your comments might get her mad at you.

Would you please stop this non sense? You are more a newbie than cadet Elizabeth. She knows much better than you and if she doesn't, VCPD command is here to guide him, no one from outside teaches her who himself doesn't knows a slight shit. Keep yourself out of here.

Everyone posting criticism in applications should keep in mind that these people are merely cadets, of whom most are fairly new in police duty. They are here to be taught, and demotivating comments, especially by someone who has been known to not know any better, will not be tolerated.

As for Cadet, keep up the good work.

Session: #2: Pursuit Tactics
Duration: 2 hrs
Grade: 8/10
Passing Requirement: 7/10

Notes:

Generally cadet performed well, however, during the examinatory part they struggled to employ the PIT manouver. Yet, they still managed to pull it off. Cadet should, however, improve his piloting skills a little, as they are lacking. Nevertheless, session passed with a satisfactory mark.
