I hereby resign from my position as a cadet in SAPD. I did not have a good time here as much as I expected it to be. The only thing I felt was getting pushed snd dragged down. I may or may not return. Thank yet again for patrols.

There is pressure in everything you go through, especially when trying to build a career. Your patience and skills get tested at all times. I am sad to see that you failed over-taking such situations that we improvised. It simply means there is place for improvement, however it all depends on your will. I wish you rethink about your resignation and withdraw it as you are still in time. Resigning just because you failed doing something is not a proper action at all. You, like everyone else, are welcomed into the Department. Everyone has weaknesses and strengths, which you learn how to enhance during your journey.

Ash chester said,  while climbing the stairs of success  to a certain level, you will definitely face challenges,  get pushed and dragged down to keep you at low level. Every field has competition and those who overcome to those such challenges becomes eligible for the next stage.  Most of us has gone through this at certain stage but if we would have given up that easily then there would be only few sapd.
I have  myself suffered from this due to my background history, constantly dragged down and threatened but yet i did not gave up and reached to this level and no one knows what more may come to achieve.
You should think again mate,  i have acknowledged your ability and i believe you are good enough to be the part of this organisation.
Good luck!

I have changed my plan about my resignation. I will just wait until I get what is coming for me. Till then I wish to serve this department.
