Skins are okay, but mods even with different mesh are.. I think, against the rules [ Even without handling ]

Because, for example, you can make your car appear to be much much smaller with a mod like that and use it to your advantage
I think that's the reason :P
Okay, appreciate the answer
I guess I'll stick with the default cruiser lel :P

They are not operational yet. We are working on launching them, but the current situation in the server doesn't allow any rapid progress.

To make the answer a bit more correct, all promotions other than from cadet to officer are announced in public as well as in internal boards.

Hi, I have a question.

Does the LCPD still have the free donut policy? Do the donuts still come in different shapes and sizes, and are the kinder maxi kings still on sale?

Best regards,

Hello, thank you very much for you interest in our donut policy!

We are currently expanding out donut variety and we are raising funds for this by issuing fines for even the smallest violations of law. We've recently estabilished a Donut Production and Consumption Department which helps us control the donuts flow and review and handle orders. We are still in cooperation with all the donut stores in Liberty City, thanks to which our donut supplies never run out!

Again, thank you very much for your intetest

I would like to ask that:
If there's No Administrator Online and Someone (especially Newcomers) did a rulebreak and got suspected for Carkill/Deathmatch etc
then We talked to the Rulebreaker which got suspected, to "Don't do it again" and making sure that he/she won't do it again..
Can we un-suspect them afterwards if there's no admins available after waiting for some minutes and /report them before /cs?

Hi Miku,
The best way to possibly deal with this kind of issue:

Situation 2 - When there is no admin on the server

No matter if there is no member of administration on the server, you are still obliged to /report the rulebreaker as all reports are saved in logs. Also there can also be an undercover admin on the server that could react if the severity of the rulebreak is high. After you /report the player should wait a bit and remove the crime with the /cs command. If in case of a accident occurred and it lead to a death of a player or a bug, both players confirms a accident instantly and while your witnessed it, the system suspected for it then you may /cs for this matter (only if no admin or busy). If you are unsure what happened from the accident no belief or didn't see the accident from either player's response of their word "please cancel suspect accident", then you should continue with an investigation first, the suspected player must give /gu on the spot or if they continue to evade then there a suspect and when investigating if /gu and found innocent then you may /cs and state it was accidental, or if was deliberate with clear evidence of the crime then should be taken to jail.
