Stop throwing your friends into this, it's a lame excuse, you are suppose to take the final decision yourself when it comes to YOU and YOUR choices. You chose to give up because you can't take some criticism and because it angered you. You showed us that nothing changed since the last time you applied, when Jonathan was the one who dealt with your application. You wasted our time, destroyed our trust in you and now you are here to tell us you want back. How can we accept you back and why would we? Oh and let's not forget the PMs you sent to Klaus where you tried to look like you are the savior of VCPD, miss me of your bullshit.

Some advice, Applicant.Right now I don't really have further information about creating reports and the server mostly seems to be empty. I always join when I see 4/5 players online. It's boring to be in the server without doing anything, nor there's something important to do.
You can help this application along by demonstrating some solid policing (through patrol reports, incident reports, and working as a team with officers in-game) to prove that you really do want this chance.
I'm sure if you really put in the work, you can earn another chance. Do your best and show us who you can be. :)
7th attempt. Good luck with it, first of all. I would however like to give VCPD and most especially you, Hazard, my own insight.My attempts were useless because I hadn't learnt what a family is meant to be. I was way too immature, rude and selfish but now I have to improve my mistakes. I will surely work for them and I hope you all will never get disappointed. I gave you guys a lot of pain but now you wouldn't get complaints of me.
1st time - disrespecting the academy rules by cheating and coming to to sessions you requested yourself unprepared in the slightest, and also being a nuisance to your colleagues.
2nd time - I don't recall the reason you were not accepted, but its safe to assume what it is once we go on.
3rd time - insubordination to orders, and being a nuisance.
4th time - applying despite being app banned, forgivable. But according to Chief Lold you didn't change since your last attempt/s.
5th time - no noticeable improvement to the way you act, plus you were found to be a security threat as you were part of a criminal organization at the time, and worst of all you were attacking the captain in his personal inbox repeatedly after being rejected.
6th time - you got mad about getting criticized and withdrew your application.
Areas I think you might've improved in: You learned how to roleplay in a more proper manner, you seem (for now) to have learned how to handle being criticized, and you seem to have managed to get on some of the PD members good side. Good job on that.
Areas I don't think you improved in: you still act like a nuisance in people's private inboxes writing semi-long paragraphs of what I would consider empty promises. And you still give yourself WAY more credit than you deserve.
You still have a lot of work to do, and my suggestion to you is to take some more time for introspection on why the negative points above (and ones you believe I may have missed) are still present, and think over on why have you not improved there, and how you can improve for the future.

You should join the server more, and not wait for certain individuals. Stick your neck out and really show us how much you want this. If you want to be VCPD then prove it. Show your willingness to play, even when the server isn't massively busy. The way you speak and from what I've seen so far, I get the feeling VCPD isn't your priority right now. If I'm wrong then prove it, because that's the picture you're giving right now. moh is a perfect example of this. I see him often ingame, even when there are only newbies playing. He has the enthusiasm and willingness to play and make things happen, instead of waiting on others.

there are people who think i'm not suitable to join VCPD so I guess this is the endI don't like people who beat around the bush. If there are people within VCPD that you think do not like you, then call them out to ask why. Then you can take the constructive criticism to improve. No one is forever banished here. A good example of that would be Kowalski, who does not have a good past but worked hard to improve.
