Basicly, Chiefs didnt stop that Ceremony..
Pancher cancelled it, and his rank is Dept. Chief.

SAPD Chiefs (Hank, CBFasi) had nothing to it.

In rank system it can mean "Deputy". It can also mean Department.

SAPD Special Ceremony

On the next saturday, Special SAPD Ceremony will take place. The Cadet/Officer of the month will be announced also.
Every ARPD employee and civilians are invited.
Special invite to our Federal Bureau of Investigation friends.
Why this Ceremony is special? Due to January party was cancelled, this month Awards and Promotions will take place BOTH in one ceremony!

We hope as many Cadets and Officer will be able to attend, but also some are needed on the streets to keep the peace.

Location: LVPD, Las Venturas.
Time: 28.02.2009, Saturday, 19:00 CET.

We will have some special guests on ceremony...
- the President of the Argonath State - Gandalf !
- the Vice President of the Argonath State - Aragorn !
- Chief of the SAPD - Hank_Rafferty !
- Chief of the SAPD - [Rstar]CBFasi !
