This is to all personnel within the Argonath Police Department,

There are some current issues that myself and other members of command would like to address as a formal announcement / pre-warning.

First issue at hand is the situation with officers currently shooting at one another in a "fun" way, I would like to remind everyone that this will not be tolerated and anyone in the future seeing doing so will be punished accordingly, within the SAPD we have the rule and I quote:

Every officer should stay professional and disciplined at all times, regardless of the situation.

This states that when you are wearing the uniform of the ARPD you are to act professional and to follow all the rules and guidelines no matter your rank/position.

Second issue to be addressed is harassment for equipment, when you are on duty and are called to a situation and/or there is a OP/Shift Briefing ongoing only then will the operation leader (person who is in-charge at the time) be able to request equipment from a command member. This means that if you are constantly messaging a command member about equipment while there is not a situation you will be ignored and/or have further disciplinary action we do not dish out equipment just because "we need it", if we feel you need it you will be given it.

Third issue to be addressed is ARPD officers requesting equipment. Due to the current regulations as a ARPD officer you are not entitled to equipment to be eligible for equipment you will need to be part of the SAPD and hold the rank Officer+ (Cadets negotiable).
