would it be ever possible for sapd recruits to have unmarked cars?

Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible if SAPD recruits can have a blck premier with lights and sirens? I am not sure if that can be scripted or it would cause a problem? but it would be good, it would also be good if we could have a sapd issue towtruck with sirens,
just an idea I dont know if anyone will like it or not?

No to the Premier as there is no need, you have a Police Cruiser what is a Premier with lights and sirens.
For the towtruck I would like to see that also but I cannot see it happening anytime soon.
