Dear Mr Jwick,

If it is the SAPD a part of ARPD in the state of San Andreas you wish to apply for please follow the instructions in the link above. If it is another states ie V or IV please follow their rules

Please stop posting new applications in every board you can find on this forum.

You have been directed several times to the correct application form. Simply use that form to replace the one you have used in this post.

It's really simple..
You go to the topic I linked before.
You copy the application form from that topic.
You post a new topic in this board.
You paste the form you copied in the new topic you've made.
You answer the questions.
You click the "post" button.

If you can't figure out such a simple task..
