The police skins spawn rules are now discussed between the Argonath RPG creators...
Here are some points...

1. All police skins will be splitted on two parts: official and non-official...

Policy: we give everyone possibility to try themselves as policemen. Every player can pick up the police skin and work/co-operate with other police forces...

Reason: we would like not to block to new players any possibility og game and do not feel themselves outsiders... Some of the RPG statuses they can see already from the police radio and from trying to co-operate with other players...

Points: not to mix the official officers with non-official, the Argonath RPG scripters will make the police spawn changes...

2. The official ARPD officers can spawn at the next skins:

The SWAT and FBI teams will have their OWN spawn skins (only for the members of SWAT and FBI)

3. The non-official skins (every player can pick it up):

4. What gives this system?

Every player can see which police officer is...
If citizen is abused by non-official policeman, he should report to the admins
If citizen is abused by official policeman - he can open a case at the Argonath Courts... Argonath Court will move the case to the ARPD HQ with the task to make an investigation...
This will prevent citizens from falsy accusing the official police divissions (COPS SUCK), and will show the real situation with the Police Organization...

5. What kind of advantages officials have?

- First of all - you will be trained...
- Official Chiefs and their helpers (captains) will have a possibility to give or remove badge from the police officers... Noticed in abuse official cops will lose their badge right in game...
- Every month ARPD HQ will make an awards ceremony on the best policemen and departments...
-- The best policemen can be chosed by different nominations and voted by different classes of society (citizens will have possibility to vote)
-- The best departments will be chosed from the official statistics of ARPD HQ... The current Statistics you can see HERE
-- Awards will be money priced, ranks rised, informed on the ARPD site...

All PDs will have the same skins...
The difference is in color, that will show - who are the ARPD, and who are new people in cop skin...

Yeah great idea but DPD got only 1 skin for ARPD officers

LVPD also has only 1 ARPD skin...

Don't worrie, do you need more than 1? :P

I never use more than the LSPD main or the SFPD main.

ARPD will have a possibility to choose any police skin (black uniform) in its departments...

Will be different on the surface between the divisions? (LSPD, SFPD, LVPD, CSPD)
The unifroms was the different between the divisons as far as here.
And what now, its wil be mixxed up?
The civils, how can see different between the divisons? ( pd cars will be the only different?)
The LVPD officers cant provide in Los Santos or San Fiero, but they can wear their uniform?

I like this. It is a very good idea - but is it possible to have ARPD cops start out with a fire extinguisher and body armor?

I hope I can get to use SA:MP ARPD skins even though I am on VCPD.

Is that possible? Or should I ask for moving to SAPD? :S
