1. A LCPD Highway Patrol member is allowed to use their weapon in the follow situations:
1.1. When a suspect is refusing to surrender, after at least two warnings.
1.2. When a suspect is trying to evade from law enforcement agencies (example: tire-shooting).
1.3. When a persons' life is in direct danger by being threatened by a suspect / dangerous civilian. The LCPD Officer is allowed to open fire without warning or suspected and should always aim at non-vital organs.
1.4. When the LCPD Officer is off-duty and there is a direct danger to self or other lifes and there is no law-enforcement on scene.


2. A LCPD Highway Patrol member is allowed to conduct traffic stops when it is:
2. 1. Within their patrol route.
2. 2. If refusing to pull over and out of the Highway is responsible for handle traffic stop.


3. A LCPD Highway Patrol member is allowed to respond to suspects no matter what if they are
the only officer in game.


4. A LCPD Highway Patrol member should pull the driver over within a Safe position on the side of the road or Highway exit.

5. A LCPD Highway Patrol member is NOT allowed to use the HP Stingers outside the Highway Patrol map, unless deemed a exception which includes:
5.1. Patrol route forces passing through city.
5.2. Ordered by a higher rank
5.3. Backup request where suspects vehicle surpasses regular cruisers.
5.4. If Highway Patrol has suspected a suspect or attempting to pull over (drive still refuses), will continue to outside Highway Patrol limits to chase.
5.5. If requires fixtures or services including: refuel / car damage repairs / weaponry equip.
5.6. Police station stops, meetings or debriefings or Highly important situations (Terrorist attacks, Robbery's).


6. A LCPD Highway Patrol trainee is NOT allowed to go on duty alone, unless supervised by official Highway Patrol members.

7. LCPD Command Staff (Lieutenant +) are allowed to use the Police Stinger, at any time including:
7. 1. If no Highway Patrol member is available.
7. 2. Patrol with Highway Patrol member for monitoring purposes.
7. 3. Use Stinger if in emergency to chase down suspects.
