Likely a package. The bugs probably aren't his fault as there were issues with the recent PHP updates.

Reinstall the package then. Although I have browsed the SMF Forum packages and did not find one like this.

Paul is away right now, and he is the only one with the rank capable of doing such besides the Server Owners or Community Leaders who have Administrator ranks here.

Board reorganization and cleaning - July 14, 2012

After years of the disorder, the result has been a lot of mess among the boards, serving as an inconvenience for (most notably) forum administrators and members of multiple PDs. After today, certain boards have been rearranged, and it should now be easier for users when browsing through "Recent Unread Topics", as well as command officials who wish to set new membergroups.

Global Changes:
- Board names organized
- Boards with similar names given tags
- Obsolete board moderators removed
- Media Center reorganized: Police Gallery (pictures, videos) and Police Modifications
- Departments arranged in chronological (and game) order: LU, MTA:VC, VC:MP, SA:MP, MTA:SA, IV:MP

LU
- Boards with commonly-used names given tags
- Command Archives moved to LU File Cabinet

MTA:VC
- Boards with commonly-used names given tags

VC:MP
- Command Archives moved to VC:MP File Cabinet

SA:MP
- Boards with commonly-used names given tags
- Board names organized
- File Cabinet boards sorted out

MTA:SA
- File Cabinet for MTA:SA added

IV:MP
- Boards with commonly-used names given tags
- File Cabinet for IV:MP added

Should the Chiefs of the various departments need more updates and such for their boards, they are welcome to contact us at any time. We hope you like the new layout.

ARPD Website as you see is under-construction.
I've been working towards a new development and design made from scratch by myself, still working on it though.

Hopefully the website will be done once all ARPD PD Chiefs have provided their information which is towards their own department.

Whilst updating a few things, unexpected errors appeared and crashed the forums.

Me and Gandalf removed the current SMF directory and updated it with a new folder clean from it's download.
Also the database has been updated for security measures.

Things should be all in place in a matter of time. Although you may notice some of you have no avatars, so you might wanna get that reuploaded.
