Title: Retirment.
Post by: Jay_Adams on May 01, 2010, 14:01:24 pm
The time has come at long last, that I should retire from active service. I joined ARPD at the begining, I've seen a lot of new officers come, and even more go. I no longer am able to enjoy SAPD work, I don't feal as happy as I did so before with myself and my postion in SAPD. I'd like to thank you, for the times some of us have shared. Now I need to play Argonath for me, and not for others. I find Argonath more work than fun, and the cause I think is becouse of ARPD. I'll still be around, and I'm still an ear if you should need me. Thank you, and good luck.

For those who wonder more: I came back this time with one goal, to heal SWAT, that I have done. All it needs now is a strong leader, or leaders. The tools are there.

Signed
Ex SWAT Commander, SAPD Captain.
Jay Adams.

Thank you for your work Jay, it has been appreciated, and I mean that. You've proposed many ideas and as stated when you first came back - it was a win win situation for us. We will continue with what you've left for us and do our best to bring the SAPD back to its standards. Best of luck with your future endeavors, and I believe we will meet on the streets in the not-so-distant future. ;)

Good bye Jay.
I also believe Oliver, Jonny and many others will leave from their SWAT position as they created a mafia called "Leone".

Correct. Now SWAT no longer has a commander, nor trained personnel... And one of the causes has already posted here. :gandalf:

Us Operatives are trained and we have a backup plan for this situation we have A team Leader Matrix and An associate leader Vince. SWAT will be fine please don't comment on it.

Ok, so now I'm trolling?

Just to get this straight:
Jay, Oliver, Alan and me just either left/got fired from SWAT. There weren't many active operatives, but us. There's a lot of support guys there, without advanced training. Sure, you got Matrix, Jimmy and yourself, Vince, but you lost a few good operatives. Not even mentioning OFFICERS, counting on it that they do not "fix their attutide"...

Now you are saying it right, first you said no trained personnel. Also there's nothing to worry about regarding me "loosing officers if they don't change there attitude". To be quite honest there are always people out there who are willing to work as well as them without attitude problems, but both Alan and Oliver have showed me I have nothing to worry about..

Im going to miss you Jay. Ever since i've joined the force you've been the main help to me. All the way when I started patrolling with you in the SWAT Racher back when I was a freecop, up until I was a member of your SWAT team. You tought me alot about police work and the way it should be done. I can personally say that the goal you set forth you surpassed. Good luck with your future in Argonath.

He only re-joined the SAPD because of myself and some other guys constantly begging him to come back to SAPD. He eventually talked to CBFasi and got re-accepted.

Well, you cannot control the fates of others...

All I can say is goodbye, and thank you for doing a LOT for ARPD. Even if I didn't get to experience any of it.

Oh, and sorry for that thing at the SWAT Killhouse, must be my screen doing funny things.

Goodbye, and you will be missed.
