How long have you played as a cop: Ever since I have played, on and off.
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? Yes, I've got them printed :)
Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed): Yeah; I go on there occasionally.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Cadet, I resigned.
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? Resigned.
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application): Lack of interest, I don't know the link; was ages ago.
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): I've always liked working in a team with others; and ARPD has always been a very organised group. I've worked together with Moustache (=AV=Vince) and his team; with drugbusts a few times, SFPD and their Code Purples/30 (Code Gvardia, as I like to call it) with Gvardia and just overall patrolling with people. I've set up a few teams before, and it was pretty sucessfull. The ARPD can improve my teamwork skills, and introduces me to new people instead of the Mafia roleplay.

I do not recommend this guy, He tries to act funny while on Duty but it is incredibly annoying, He also suspects people for very minor things instead of pulling them over and having a nice RP.

NOT Recommended Several corrupt actions that I have investigated he has no fire control and he shot at my car at arrest. He also apparent needs some work in the Driving department because he Carparked me and Sergeant Blinky and he car parked 3/4 of my Armour. He needs to learn to respect his fellow officers before he thinks about the SAPD. He currently lacks the professionalism that it takes to be part of ARPD.

At this time he is NOT RECOMMENDED. He shows unacceptable behaviour whilst on duty, even during situations. Whilst we were bringing people in for questioning he was, for lack of a better term, bunny hopping around and shooting out wind screens of all nearby vehicles. When talking to a suspect he then proceeded to drive up to us and start beeping his horn repeatitively.
Kevin please improve your attitude if you wish to enter the SAPD Academy.

This officer car parked both my self and sgt jimmy, also shot and killed a suspect who was Rping and being very cooperative.
he also fired his weapon several times in directions of standing suspects and other cops in which he took off half my armour.

- Lack of respect for civillians // higher ranks.
- Abusing the /su command. (For example, he suspected someone a couple of days ago for aids.
Do I really have to post more? Change your way of acting as a police officer and fix your attitude against other players/civillians/higher ranks. untill then; I don't see you becoming a SAPD officer.

Smey Now, I have to ask you a question. The drugs DPD gets do you use them before you post on the forums :rofl: You need a big leash. I think he needs to go a few months as a Free officer to learn to respect others and act like a Professional officer, then DPD can have him. ;)

BadAndy, you're always bossing people around in Cop Radio; moaning about newcomers that have deathmatched you. It's a game, instead of "OMFFG I WANT HIGH RANK NAO CORRUPT OFFICAH IS HERE" just report them.
By the way, I only suspect people for minor crimes if I cannot catch up with them; or I believe they will evade. For speeding/dangerous driving I normally now suspect them, as people are in faster cars due to new car scripts. Also, before I applied I did dress up in a security guard skin and act like [XU]/[XC] while keeping in regulations, as I was bored and felt like trolling some people (Which yes, is wrong.).
Today's Report:
Patrolled around with Vinny_Leone and MrFrancis; took a few criminals down with force - Around 30 minutes until I went AFK.

Kevin with out saying to much about the investigation, You murdered another officer... I know you think this is just a game, it is but some people go here to have fun and they actually try hard. If you have a complaint about another Freeofficer Please Come to a Sgt + and we will handle it. That's why we are here, now I believe you will make a fine officer one day. I think you need more time to learn the regulations and how to present your self to your fellow officers and to the Citizens of Argonath. On another note, yes I have seen BadAndy in the police radio, yes he does boss people around. It might not be the brightest thing to do but, as a great man once told me. It is how you role play it, that is one of the reasons that the name colors were changed so that everyone is treated with respect. Good Luck and I hope to see some dramatic improvement I see good in everyone I meet the thing is can those people earn my respect?

Andy this is really not needed, saying things like this do at times cause arguments.
I do give them respect, I never did did disrespect anyone; please give screenshots. It was self defence, he aimed a gun at me and tried to shoot me therefore I killed him as he tried to kill me. Simple as.

As for the speeders I hope you atleast try to pull them over even if they're in a fast car becuse if you suspect them they'll just zoom off anyway. Fact is minor crimes, majority of the time can be handled without a single suspection and if you knew it was wrong why the hell did you do it?

Most times I do, but if they are completely out of sight I have to suspect them; as they would be HIGHLY dangerous, enspecially in a crowded area. Lately I've chased people for around 2 minutes /m1'ing, as they were not complying; which was total timewaste. Yes, I didn't say I suspect without proof; innocent until proven guilty, correct? By the way, if I am suspected I always do pull over if it's a minor crime like speeding, so they don't just zoom off. 9/10 times people DO evade now.
Daily Report:
Patrolled shortly after school; went off duty and rejoined patrol for a short amount of time with =AV=Janek and Andrew with a large amount of officers on TeamSpeak.

I never shoot people first, you flamed me and I accedently rammed you and payed. I do not remember it well but I never shoot for no reason; only defend myself...
And, at least I don't suspect people for silly crimes like "Landing on GS9" like Miracle Alterlis; so why is everyone trolling me?

Earlier today he assisted Romeo_Ancelotti while he was on-duty by continuously swerving to ram my buffalo while i was in pursuit. When i confronted him about it he claimed that he was going to delete his application anyways. This behavior is unacceptable if you wish to be a cadet.

And i reported him to admin Husky, Admin came after he saw him he ran away to evade from admin punichment xD
And he lied to me about his application and he said he closed it.
