To day I lose 10k in 5min from su abouse and cop carkilling.They shot at me if i am not criminal!
They just come and use /su command if i am just standing or talk to ppl.
CANT! work for police if you DONT HAVE passport and driveing license!
The new cops need training each!

First freecops are not part of SAPD.
Second who are you to say that ,,Someone can't work for the police if he don't have passport''
Third instead of moaning, report them to admins and they will do something about that.

Someone is abusing you? you got 2 choices, give up and ask for investigation or, simply run from them.

Have you ever thought about, where do those "abusing" freecops come? It is not like a new player, who have just entered Argonath, right away knows how to become a cop. Somebody has to show it to him/her. I presume that is a regular player, who will show the player how to enter LSPD, where to do /duty and so on. That also means that I think it is that regular players responsibility to teach that new freecop the basic rules of being a officer.

Also, player who got suspected must be aware of what they done, they shouldn't just speed and ram everyone then moan and lie because their acts.

We had something like this when RS4 started.
Freecops without passport couldn't use police vehicles and they wouldn't get desert eagle. It was removed a couple of weeks after the release or something, because it's just unfair for the new players.

Everyone should be able to become cop, whenever they want

Next time /gu. By giving up you will get frozen, which means they won't kill you.
To kill you they would need to know the usage of /cuff command, which if they actually are new to the server, won't know.
If you see them trying to kill you even after /gu, run away in order to get frozen again,then use the report command and admins will take care.

admins are not babysitters
we'll not teach you how to moan in public chat,forums, whatever.
but i'll teach you something..
If someone abused you and you are pissed, run away from him + when you got time report him, is that hard?
when you get the chance to give up to a SAPD Officer, you ask for investigation, and there! you solved your problem !
Is he a SAPD Officer? take screens when you got time, then report him at report sections.
You need to act calmly, not like: OMGUHITME /REPORT I'M TAKING SCREENS YOU ASS /ME DIES OMG YOU ABUSER
Dialogue may be needed sometimes, if that doesnt work, ask a admin to talk with him.
Stop creating problems, there is plenty of solutions that you won't lose 1500.
now, this topic should be locked, as devs already stated they're not going to limit anyone to be a freecop.
