I need ventrilo.rar because i'm an ACSD Member,
Can some one do it for me?

Can't run exe files?
Use this, Rancher;
http://en.kioskea.net/faq/1570-unable-to-run-executable-files-exe
Read through, should solve the problem.
Prehaps, ask an older brother/sister or Parent to look through it for you, if your not so good with it.

Try using
this,
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm
Click Here to open a Doug Knox page with various file association fixes.
Download "EXE File Association Fix" and run it according to the directions at the top of the Doug Knox page.
If it won't unzip, download the "Zip Folder File Association Fix" (at the bottom of the list on the Doug Knox page) and run it first. Then you should be able to unzip the EXE fix.
Once you've got things more or less working, run a full system virus scan.
Got this off a website, it may fix it, there are different situations with exe files, Do ALL exe files not open, or only some? Does your Virus scanner still work?
IF that link does NOT work, then try this;
updating the system may work.
http://microsoft-net-framework.en.softonic.com/
and also remember to update to all the latest service packs etc etc, you can find it all on the microsoft website. Really try the framework link though, it might solve your issues, it has solved the same kind of issue for me
The first link SHOULD work, because MANY People have had the problem, and to my knowledge, they used the same technique in the first link, and it worked.
