How long have you played on Argonath RPG: About three -four months on my account now.
How long have you played as a cop: All of the time I have been on the server.
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? YES
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): No
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? No
Had an previous application that go rejected? In reference the my last rejection, I have truly changed. I have talked to SAPD command staff, and used there criticism to change my attitude, I learn what /q is, and I have not "lost my cool", since I got rejected. I have truly worked hard on it, and really tried to change it. I hope SAPD sees it that way, and sees I have changed it, and still trying to change it. I have found the cause of my attitude and fixed why I had my attitude, I have found the base of it, and figured why it was so bad, and getting worse. I hope you see it this way and, I PM'ed all of the Lt's+, on my situation of my attitude, and wrote an apology letter. I apologize to everyone, now, everyone in SAPD, I hope you forgive me for my terrible attitude and let me be in your team.
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):
I am dedicated to police work and SAPD. I love to help people and help the community. I support all cop work. I have always wanted to be apart of this department, since I started. It means a lot to be in this department. It shows people you are actually dedicated to this job and want to help on crime prevention. I would be a great addition to this department and would be do my best to further myself, along with the department. I want to do everything, I can possibly do, to get to the top, in police work. This is an elite department, and I would love to get in it. I enjoy all the members of this department, a lot of them are my friends. I have waited along time and I will wait forever, as long as I can get in this department.

Thanks Chief. I have no excuses, just answers, for my previous mistakes. But that is what command staff is for, to help you through mistakes and hard times. I have become dedicated to SAPD/ARPD, I am now actually active on the forums, and actually putting effort towards this. I have re-evaluated what my status is a person, and validated my attitude towards people. I have learned a lot about myself because of SAPD, and I am ready to be apart of it. I will be talking to SAPD command staff about constructive criticism on my attitude and on my work. After I receive this criticism, I am going to take it to heart, and work on it. After I have learned all of my flaws, and worked out all of the kinks, I will be ready for my cadet rank.

San Andreas Police Department,
Free Officer Coley_B has been successfully accepted into our program. He will undergo different training sessions to insure that he will be well suited for the Academy of the San Andreas Police Department. All training reports of this Free Officer will be posted appropriately in this application. In the event that this Free Officer becomes a Cadet in the middle of our program training, he will be dropped from our program to focus on the San Andreas Police Department. Recommended, The officer in discussion can have an attitude at certain times and be a bit wordy like myself but He knows all his stuff. He is a decent shot he knows when to shoot and when to try to preserve life and he knows how to train other freecops / ACSD members. I think the Academy would be great full to have him.

You were on a felony stop, and most of the time, when you are on a felony stop, a cop comes and starts shooting without /crime'ing the person, and I was just saying that as a joke.

As much as I thought you had changed for the better, I was wrong. Others have seen it to, and changed their recommendation for you being a Cadet after seeing it. Denied due to terrible attitude problems and ego-centric attitude. You may re-apply when you fix it.
