Title: In Pursuits, Do you get mad when someone lag rams you?
Post by: Badandy on July 31, 2010, 14:53:01 pm: In a Pursuit, Your lead Car and some Newbie comes and Rams you and you spin out. What do you think?

Well I get alittle Pissed when someone passes me and rams me out of the chase, and dosent say Anything.

I get mad when another unit tried to overtake me in a pursuit.

(Jeremy Clarkson) in a PD Ranger, whilst overtaking slower cops, sometimes ramming them out of the way. If some guy rams me off the road cause he wants to keep up, fair play. First one to catch the criminal wins - Game on! Also, it is illegal to overtake my Ranger - which will result in me having to chase and drive erratically until I overtake that vehicle back. That is of course if I failed to cut up the overtaker and smash him into a tree/car/lamp post/ LSPD/ Pedestrian beforehand.

But I am also the guy who doesn't follow everyone else. I do the smart thing and gamble to try intercept the criminal rather than following 5 other cop cars. This way it avoids the mid pursuit destruction derby and if it works I will end out in front, or will cut up the other pursing cops in a spectacular action movie style police crash where cop cars go flying all over the place and criminal escapes. At the very worse, I could end up miles away from the criminal and not even get near anyone.

^ This is my Sheriff driving anyway. I should start a driving/ pursuit school :D

I hope you spell it right in game though. Cause lawd if I seen you typing in game like that, I'd probably laugh in your face and say "Yeah, I'll keep that in mind, not." =]

Yes, I do get ticked. But since I too am guilty of this at times (I suck at driving, would rather be radioman/gunman), I just remind them to not overtake so recklessly.
