I have patrolled with John for quite some time now. He seems to know the codes and locations very well. I believe he has lots of potential and would make a great addition to ARPD.

Fired from SAPD date 29/8-08.  

Reason: Abuse of AR-SAPD rights. Physical and mental abuse on a suspect. Scoff with a suspect.

Punishment: Permanent SAPD rights revoke.
