Are you able to use TeamSpeak (no microphone needed): Yes, i am.
Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I want to help the city of Vice City to keep bad guys off the streets. I have experience as cadet at San Andreas (Other nickname) but i got rejected because of lack of intrest. (I was at vacation) I hope that you choose me as VCPD member!
