Why do you want to join Vice City Police Department: I've been on this server for almost 3 years and I have seen way to much activity in my time here. I have been taught by the best roleplayers of SA:MP on how to deal with situations [the people at gta police mods] such as a basic traffic stop. after the new s0beit came out, i have returned to my old home, and joining the police department will give me the offer to share what I have learned with rookies and other players.

it was the same name, Vince_Kaufman.
@bass my point is is that i stopped playing sa:mp because of the new hack. it allows players to break through bans with new ips.

When i had the pleasure to play with Vince he was an excellent cop, and i believe he still is. For the sake of ARPD VCPD i recommend him.
And i think he means SAMP with s0beit started to be unplayable, so he quit samp

Well knowing you are not one of these guys who will just play VC-MP for two days, and then go back to SA-MP or something, you'd be certainly an asset for the department. But are you sure you plan staying in Argonath for the future?

He explained everything to me, i undertood now, and i recommend him for the department as he's a great cop, good luck man.

Good roleplayer and that. You need to be more patient with players who do not roleplay the way you want however.

Well I will be on as much as possible. I have a summer job at the moment, but it usually has me work from 4pm EST to 10pm EST, so im usually on when there's a small crowd.
