Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence):From the first day i joined Agronath I have played as a cop and i think it is time to step up and join ARPD.I have loved the police ever since i was little. I know almost all the cars, equipment ,tactics etc of the LAPD.My grandpa was a captain in NYPD so ive always been exposed to police work.I think i would be a good asset to the ARPD police force.

Don't just answer the questions, paste the form.

Today I was at GS9 Investigating an abuse case... I parked my car near by. The Free officer got in my car and began to drive away. I pmed him asking him if he would please not take my car. I then began to shout Cadet Cadet!! He said Sure I will bring it back and Drove off my radar. This is not how you should act to any officer. Once he /ranked me and I said this would be going on his application he said "No wait no wait I will bring it back" If he can not work with other officers without knowing what ranks they are and disrespecting them I believe he is not ready. In my opinion this application should be rejected so he can take a few weeks to learn to respect others.

In all honesty I think you need to gain a bit more experience. Try reading up on the laws and rules and practice them correctly in game.

We cannot reject people just because you have a personal grudge or you dont like him.

Jimmy you are either lying or you dont like this guy, because in your story you claim that the applicant steals your car and after him ranking you and you threating to report him, he agrees to bring the car back, BUT from the screenshot above it tells a different story, just take a second look

Ahemm Let me re explain..

I said Cadet Cadet

Then he said he would come back...he proceeded to drive off radar range...

I said that he needs to be more courteous and then I would post on his application and he begged me not to and said he would bring it back again!!

I Went off radar because my friend davor was calling me via pm to come to lspd.and i was going to bring the car back LOOK I SAID SO but it got blown up by Mambo in a shootout before i could return it!! I dont understand why you r holding a grudge against me??!!!??? :(

After a brief interview I came to the conclusion that wil is a decent free officer - ambitious and shares a mindset with dozens of other officers. However, he has very little experience under his belt so I've decided to give him some time before giving a definitive answer regarding his application.
Applicant Harris has a lot of potential and with a little work he could become an exemplary officer.

Still learn to use the radio abit more and you'll be a good operator
