Hello Applicant,

I would like to conduct an interview with you to learn more about you and your character. This interview will help me determine if you are right to be part of the SAPD.
There are many ways we can conduct this interview, so I would like to know what suits you. Would you like the interview to be In-Game, on MSN, or on Teamspeak?

Please reply as soon as possible and looking forward to your response.

Signed,
Lieutenant Boozman

Your application has been accepted into the SAPD Cadet Academy - in this academy you will learn the core values and procedures that a SAPD Officer must learn and embrace to be able to be the absolute best he possibly can. You will be observed ingame by every member of the SAPD, so it is YOUR responsibility to act professionally at ALL times!

From the moment you are accepted onwards, you should be learning the regulations and procedures to be able to carry out your cop work to the absolute best of your ability - this will give you the skills and experience to make it into the SAPD and to continue to be the best cop you possibly can be. The SAPD is not for everyone, so checking out the regulations and procedures will also give you a chance to see whether or not you're cut out for the SAPD or not.

You are NOW a SAPD Cadet, and you are expected to behave and work in a respectful way to the General Public and your fellow police officers. Failure to do so could result in the termination of you from the SAPD.

The academy will consist of 9 sessions, one pre-exam exam and your officer exam, which can be given to you from any Academy Senior Member or SAPD Command Staff Member. (Lt +).

IMPORTANT! You must reply at LEAST once per week in your application topic to let us know how you're going or if you have any questions, or else you risk being rejected from the SAPD due to lack of interest. It's your responsibility to show your activity, NOT ours.

Contact a Captain+ Ingame for your badge.

Good luck in your steps to becoming an Officer!

Signed,
Lieutenant Boozman
SAPD Application Manager

Date: 09.09.2010
Time Started: 15:02

Reason for Failure: Alot of things done wrong while we were doing the 1 hour patrol.
Repeat Session, or Complete Fail: Reapeat Session again

Was the Cadet notified of reason for failure? Yes
Did you instruct the Cadet on how to pass next time? Yes

Notes: At first cadet was doing great with radio usage and stuff, but after a while when we got into pursuit he failed ot report us in radio after telling him sevaral times, also failure to pullover the vechile multiple times, had to do it myself.multiples times we were near an area where officer called for backup, cadet failed to show us repsonding on police radio.
Although he might be fine as a lone cop, thats not how we want SAPD to become, he SHOULD improve on his teamwork, i.e radio communication and so on.

If you will want to join SAPD, you ll need to change your bossy and 'i want this and this' attitude. Know your place and rank, and act like that. Its a friendly advise..

Well exactly as I thought one failed cadet will talk like. You always blame the others, but you never thought that the mistake may be in you.
After this reply you show to the most people you are not ready, beacuse if you are one real officer you were going to face it and see your mistake, which you clearly didn't.
So for me you are not ready aswell, I advise you to listen closely this time, like don't eat while on a training probably. You didn't took it serious and now it pays back.

These are my advises and notes.

Ok well I will request your Ig rank removed and your forum rank removed this topic will be moved to rejected as soon as Lt. Boozman or Capt Vince get to it. One other tip you need to work on your spelling it is nothing short of terrible (No Offence meant toward your character) please use the spell checker.

I advise you to quit that bullshit behaviour, if you were going to give up and gonna cry like baby, why did you even put application.

Now go RAGE QUIT and cry somewhere else, I am locking this topic to prevent further flame or bullshits.

And I will leave Vince or Boozman to move it away.
