Title: GS-9 is an illegal state

The republic of gs9, led by Frank_Hawk is becoming a rouge state. It has become a safe-haven for criminals in the middle of Los Santos for gods sakes! There have alredy been 2 code purples right where the republic of gs9 citizens live! Somthing must be done about this right now!  :war:

Let's build fences around GS9 so they can't escape! They will have to eat chips and drink fuel! :evil:

  Leave a trail of fried chicken from Gs9 into the LS storm drains, and have cops on the embankment ready to ambush them as they eat. 


You might have to leave a trail of donuts from LSPD to the storm drain embankments as well though.
