No Problem I'm still at school now but I will be on in 2 3 - 3 1/2 hours so I will be doing at least 6 - 8 sessions today so cadets should have a good amount of time to talk to me today.
Gratz Dean..Thanks :d

Session # and Type:6
Date:September 26th
Time Started:2:30 EST
Time Completed:3:40 EST
Recommendation (if any):Patrol with partners often. Respect superiors. Read police procedures you still need to learn them.
Notes: I honestly was thinking of failing you after seeing your performance but I didn't due to the fact that what you did today had nothing to do with the initial session.
Cadet needs to be a team player and learn teamwork. Dislikes working with other cadets or doing group sessions with others. Believes the Instructor will not put effort to only him. Self-centered. I advise not giving him anymore sessions until he has learned how to become a teamplayer.
Dean you have potential but in the SAPD there is none of that "lone ranger crap". You have to learn how to work with others in situations not be all by yourself. Patrol with partners more and you will eventually get it.

Session # and Type: Session 9 - drive along
Date: 10/10/2010
Time Started: 16:00
Time Completed: 17:10
Recommendation (if any): See notes
Notes:
Pursuits : Good, followed up the radio, did not crash into other people. Not sure about the map knowledge.
Traffic stops: Perfect. Reported everything in, role-played it well.
Communications: Perfect
Arresting: Be a bit more gentle with suspects who want to roleplay. Using spray until they typ /gu = not such a good idea then.
Jailing/interrogation: Perfect
Situations: Perfect
General behavior: Take it a bit more easy. You seem to be jumpy from time to time. Also show a bit more respect to fellow officers who are lower in rank then you. For the rest good luck with your final exam, I'm sure you'll make it!
