I won't be able to attend due to having computer problems for some time as you know, how ever there may be a chance of my Dad giving me money to buy a computer, i'm waiting to speak to him. (He lives in America, me england, so its hard to telephone him, especially when hes working.) I am gratefull for the promotion oppertunity. Good luck with your new ranks everyone!

I decided to make SAPD Party, in my new bizz - COP ART Hotel in front of San Fierro City Hall. I bought it few minutes ago, and i want to meet there with all my friends from SAPD. Hope that all will be there, to talk, to fun and to laugh.

And i remember last party in SF, that was great.. we were patroling SF Streets and that was best RP Event in my career :)

I intend to hit the Gym around 2.00pm GMT+1, so i'll be back in time - hopefully nothing will come up for me. That location seems fine, that or the Rockstar Hotel roof; with its swimming pool and such, the place you chose is probably more suitable though.

i didnt even know ill be promoted... i was patrolling with Hank a lot... but we havent talk about it...
he havent say 1 word about my job.. ahhm, sorry he did. he was talking to me what i did wrong :)
but its good... to the last minute i thought i will be normal patroler...
I can advise you.. patrol with higher ranked officers.
I havent learn so much since im freecop that Hank learned me in our all patrols. I will remember that, and i feel better cop now...

For promotions you dont have to patrol with me. But thats good if you are infront of the higher rankings, so they can see how you working on the field. If you patrol with me and i see you not working as an ARPD officer should..
(eg. abuse) you will be demoted not promoted.

I cannot attend, that's going to be 10:00am my time, and I'll be in College.
The 1/2 or 3/4 full armor idea was mine, and I'd just like someone to represent me in saying that it'd be a good idea, as it would be realistic to a Patrol Officer wearing a ballistics vest on duty, as all Patrol Officers do, or at least most. If someone could represent me, that would be great!

Armour has to bought like Citizens at Ammu Nation for 2,000$ if you need to have one.
SMG usage
Is allowed to be used while on foot in any situation. While in a vehicle you may ONLY open fire at any vehicle, there is no requirement that the suspects vehicle must be faster. You may not shoot at anyone on foot from passenger seat.
Sub divisions
Captain Kitsune and Deputy Chief Vince is in charge for the sub divisions, for any questions contact them. Do not make an sub division that already exist.

SAPD SPECIAL CEREMONY
2nd edition!
SAPD Command Staff proudly announces the second edition of SAPD Special Ceremony. Special, because it will be first such Ceremony in the ARPD history! Two days party! On the Saturday - 29th August - Awards Ceremony, lead by Captain Robert Longstreet. On Sunday - 30th August - due to the fact, I can't be on (work and serious meeting then) - Promotions Ceremony will be leaded by the Chief of SAPD - [Rstar]Pancher!
The Cadet/Officer of the month will be announced on the first day.
Every ARPD employee and civilians are invited - special invitation to our Federal Bureau of Investigation friends.
We hope as many Cadets and Officer will be able to attend, but also some are needed on the streets to keep the peace.

I would also like to congratulate anyone who did not get promoted or awarded, but still decided it was worth staying out on the streets to serve and protect. You are true officers of the ARPD, and you will get your deserved dues one day. :cop:

SAPD Squad and Subdivision Ceremony I'm proud to announce the first San Andreas Police Department Squad and Subdivision Ceremony, where all the SAPD Squad/Subdivision members and owners are obligated to show off their Squads and Subdivisions using the police vehicles, location, their people, and anything they can think of to make a good impression to the citizens! (Example a shotgun salute, arranging the cars nicely, making poses, be creative!) There will also be awards, that will be given out to members of the different Squads and to specific squads. The final part of the Ceremony will be a citizen's request, which will let the citizens ask a Divison and it's members to do something (in reason), for example preform a staged arrest on one of their members, create a blockade, preform a dance, etc. The finally part of the Ceremony will include an announcement and requests from the Squads, their members, and the citizens. At the end of the Ceremony there will be a party held at Foster Valley; the ceremony will only last at most 45 minutes so try your best to make it!
REMEMBER: This is meant to be a short notice if you're on fun Ceremony to proove your obligation to your own Subdivision and to the SAPD, which is good and will put a good record towards you, and your group. :cop:
In order to maintain safety throughout the city all can attend but make sure there are officers around to keep the street's clean.NOTE: Try and get to the Greenglass College ahead of time to set up what you will do.

Howdy,
It has come by myself, the DPD members and the Command staff's attention to held an old DPD Ceremony. It has been sometime since the last one took place. We as a Command Staff should come up with promotions, demotions and awards to plan. However, I'll be looking around for some people who deserve promotions and demotions, last but not least, the awards. Every member in the DPD will receive either a promotion, a demotion or a award, however, thoose who are not quite that active will may receive nothing, it may depend on their status and how well they do field work.INFORMATION:Date: Saturday 9th of July(?)

Dillimore Police Department

Howdy all!,
After some restructures in the Dillimore Police Department, I'm proud to say we will have once again a Ceremony. This ceremony is mostly about the existence of the Dillimore Police Department, history and what we've came to this point. The Ceremony will also have some interesting rewarding's for our kind fellow Officers. We've had good times and sometimes sad times during the two year time. We are proud this Department has come to a track where we are all experiencing the sheriff work and mostly having fun!
We encourage our fellow officers to attend this Ceremony to get a better understanding of the past, present and future.

Winter Special Ceremony
It's been a journey this year within the San Andreas Police Department, we've had sad times, enjoying times, disappointing times, exiting times and fun times. This is due to all our hard-work the SAPD has put in the year of 2011. It's an outstanding view on how SAPD has improved and how it improved by the techniques we have put in. We have all had hard times in this department, no matter what comes between us, we always step up and never backup each other.
And because of our extreme effort we have put in during 2011, the San Andreas Police Department main Leadership (Chiefs) has decided to set up a special ceremony where we plan to reward our hard-workers officers on where the requirements are meet. We also hope to see our veteran past AR-SAPD officers who resigned during 2011 present at this ceremony as we have some plans for you're dedication that you've put in during this time. We also hope the present SAPD CMD are to be there at the ceremony.

Northern District Mid - Summer Meeting

Dear Officers!
I am glad to announce our first, since the lockdown, departmental meeting. We have been waiting so long because we found no reason to organise such meeting before the lockdown and after which we had no members to invite.

We are happy to announce that we are inviting everyone to our Summer Ceremony, this is rather an important ceremony for the San Andreas Police Department and its future. It's been a rough journey since the past year but we have managed to get everything back on track and we believe that we are currently on a stable state. All the changes and plans that we have been working on for the past few months will be announced and fully introduced to the public and to our fellow Officers. Keep in mind that anyone that is seen misbehaving or causing issues will be asked or forced to leave the building. Also make sure to properly park your vehicles on the actual big parking area on the west side of the Conference Center. If anyone has any questions or anything to point out surrounding the content previously announced during the ceremony, they are free to forward their concerns after the closing speech which will be accordingly answered by the Command Staff present.

Ceremony
The San Andreas Police Department is holding a ceremony on the 26th of December of 2016. This is a rather much awaited event, in view of the new year drawing near, bringing an active year of 2016 to an end. The Department not only seeks through the event a way of rewarding integrity, dedication and discipline, but on top of that an occasion for putting forward the major points across, as to how the Department is expected to shape up in the advent of the new year, and how its Officers can bring these objectives about. In the circumstances of a professional organisation, the Department understands that it is nothing less than necessary for the personnel to realize the aims of 2017 and adapt to them accordingly, while upholding the principles of the San Andreas Police Department in the pursuit of a less turbulent, more peaceful state of San Andreas.
