How long have you played as a cop: The whole time I have played on this server.
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: Yes.
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: Yes.
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? I have.
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): Applicant
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired? Rejected an withdrawn.
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application): I have had a few get rejected: http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34&topic=12685.0, http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34&topic=12038.0, http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34&topic=10996.0.
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): I want to help this community in every way I can. Yes, I have been through a lot in SAPD, rejections, withdraws, and so on. I have had conflicts with SAPD command staff, and been best friends with some. I will not say I have changed, because one week I could be the Cheif of SAPD, and the next terminated and banned from the server. There is no point in lying. All people make mistakes and have a bad day, but it is the people who have made mistakes, that come out on the top, because they learned from it, and made a good judgment, and knowledge of the situation at hand. I am a person of changing, and conforming to current surroundings. I posses leadership skills like no other, along with common courtesy and respect. I am a team player and love to work hard. I take orders from supervisors to the fullest, and do what is said. I love to help others and aid in furthering a good and fighting cause.
I know that there has been a lot of conflict with SAPD, and I know that it is still amongst us. Yet as the quote says:
"In the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness."
-Barack Obama
Thanks for the chance to apply, and thanks to the ones viewing my application.

I can say from experience that Coley is a great cop, I've seen this from a day to day basis. He has shown to be a great leader from his top position at SAST, to being the best of the best in a lower rank in ACSD, showing that he is fully capable of giving orders and receiving, and executing them. Coley is a great person with great qualities.

Coley Good Luck but I do have some problems with this... First of which is this..
Here (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34&topic=12685.0)
Umm, defiantly withdrawing. I DEFIANTLY would rather not be in a department were there supervisors cop ban innocent police officers, for no reason what so ever. Sorry if he sounds blunt, but it is the damn truth. Sorry, but this will defiantly won't work, with me here.
Now... we are friends in ACSD but I wont let that keep my SAPD View blurred... you are assured you want to continue in this department? You also know that once you join the SAPD it should be SAPD > ACSD Some people have troubles differentiating them and I did at one time to. So I just wanted to check because we both know that sometimes you like to make your opinions known : P
Signed,
SAPD Academy Examiner / Academy Interviewer
Sergeant James Bowling.

I do understand that, and I want to continue.

Great I wanted to make sure that was clear. I Recommend him he still has a slight attitude problem but he knows the laws and he is willing to learn. He will have to learn to respect the members of the command staff or the ARPD he does not like but he could really help the ARPD in many way's. Good Luck.

I do admit I am kind of a friend of this applicant as we are in the same police group (ACSD). Nevertheless this will not impact my judgement. The applicant has a history of questionable behavior that has gotten him denied in the past as most of you know. But he has changed drastically. He is now fully cooperative with other officers. Takes orders without question. He also has leadership talents due to the fact he is a supervisor in our group. His skills in some fields are questionable but I can vouche for him being a great traffic cop, driver, and roleplayer. I recommend him for the academy so he can work on the other fields and improve.
