A folder has landed on my desk regarding about the disappearance of a person named Garry Smith. I decided to write this letter with the information to be added to the San Andreas Police Department's missing persons list.

Person most likely killed by an African American during a high speed boat chase west of Pier 69 in San Fierro, for betraying his family.
