Ingame Nickname AND Character Name (warning, see point #9 of application rules): Andy_saes
Real-Life Age AND Ingame Age: 22 / 35
How long have you played on Argonath RPG: 1 year+
How long have you played as a cop: 1 year+ (only play as cop!)
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: yes
Do you have a driver's license (issued by driving school)?: yes
Have you read all "SAPD Police Procedures" topics? yes
Have you been an SAPD member before? (cadet or above): no
If yes, explain your previous rank in SAPD, did you resign, rejected or fired?
Had an previous application that go rejected? (add link to old application): no
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department (minimum of 3 sentence): Before playing here I was part of Pugs RPG and made a very senior rank under Ben. When that server ended I tried a few servers. I love this server, it's well admin'ed, popular and the PD is very well organised. I've been meaning to apply for months and become a fully fleddged officer and there are a few officers on there who have been encouraging me to do it! I think I can bring a lot to the PD

Great officer, always responds to the calls and aids me in pursuits. Good communication skills and driving. Excellent role player, good attitude and would be a great addition to SAPD. Recommended.

Good luck Andy.

Report:
It's been a busy week in SAPD. From kidnappings to killing zombies on Halloween

On Monday we had a 207, reported LVPD officer involved in Richman up in the hills. I was first officer on scene so secured the area and called for backup. Extra officers were called to close down nearby roads and FBI to corrdinate negoiations. The hostals insisted on us getting a warrent all of which took a long time.

On Wednesday I went on patrol in LS and LV area. I repsonded to 2 persuit backup calls 1 of which I managed to pit allowing the original officers to arrest. The other suspect eventually stopped with teamwork between 4 units and he was taken down with force. I switched to a bike unit and also attended an unconfirmed 207 in area 61 where we stormed the underground area. I took down 1 suspect before being taken out by a large group of other suspects.

Your application has been accepted into the SAPD Cadet Academy - in this academy you will learn the core values and procedures that a SAPD Officer must learn and embrace to be able to be the absolute best he possibly can. You will be observed ingame by every member of the SAPD, so it is YOUR responsibility to act professionally at ALL times!

From the moment you are accepted onwards, you should be learning the regulations and procedures to be able to carry out your cop work to the absolute best of your ability - this will give you the skills and experience to make it into the SAPD and to continue to be the best cop you possibly can be. The SAPD is not for everyone, so checking out the regulations and procedures will also give you a chance to see whether or not you're cut out for the SAPD or not.

You are NOW a SAPD Cadet, and you are expected to behave and work in a respectful way to the General Public and your fellow police officers. Failure to do so could result in the termination of you from the SAPD.

The academy will consist of 9 sessions, one pre-exam exam and your officer exam, which can be given to you from any Academy Senior Member or SAPD Command Staff Member. (Lt +).

IMPORTANT! You must reply at LEAST once per week in your application topic to let us know how you're going or if you have any questions, or else you risk being rejected from the SAPD due to lack of interest. It's your responsibility to show your activity, NOT ours.

Finnaly To Avoid Confusion I want to inform you that you can start requesting lessons on 13/11/2010. The reason for this is our 7 day waiting period. Please do not request lessons before this prescribed date. This is just an Informative message.

Contact a Captain+ Ingame for your badge.

Good luck in your steps to becoming an Officer!

Signed,
Lieutenant Boozman
SAPD Application Manager

Explain me this . Why did you shoot an un-armed suspect (suspected for evading) with M4 he was even with low health!.
Title: Re: SAPD: Andy_saes
Post by: saesandy on March 15, 2011, 12:59:06 pm
Tony, some points I did explain in my PM to you but happy to go over again.
1. I warned you to stop/pull over
2. I PIT your first car resulting in it blowing up
3. I PIT your second car resulting in it blowing up
4. only after the above did I shoot (whilst you were running towards yet another car)
5. your driving was indangering the public
6. I didnt kill you, another cop did

clearly in real life (if you survived 2 cars blowing up that is) you would get tacked to the ground or tazed. As I can't do that, and asking you nicely wasnt working I'm not sure what else I could have done other than let you go for a thrid car - what would you have done?
I'm trying to see if from your point of you, maybe I should have put out a warning before shooting but then again if I was the suspect I would have accepted the cops got the better of me and given up

-First of all as you are an cadet of the San Andreas Police Department, you ARE goiung top follow the regulations that are given to us.
-Second I dont care if you killed me or not I never stated you killed so I dont get your 6. point as I never spoke anything about it. The point is that you used a M4 on an unarmed suspect who was running
-Third. You managed to P.I.T me once at the airport but my car was allready on fire cause of the other officer.
Quote
5. your driving was indangering the public
-Does this mean you should use an M4? you have a deagle for theese kinds of situations.
-Even I would have evaded for over 1 hour if im unarmed you are not allowed to use your m4, just cause I would have evaded.-!

Sorry Tony, I misunderstood, I thought your issue was that I shot at you at all. I'll make sure I re-read the regulations about when to use M4's
