Release: On 25-10-10, at approxomately 21:51 PM, Officer Ramon Carlson was responding to an emergency call from an un-identified author. I arrived at 21:53 PM as Officer Carlson was very close. He noticed something going on behind the house, so he went to take a look. He noticed Jimmy Cuneo and Syn talking about narcotics and that Syn was going to work for Jimmy Cuneo. Officer Ramon untucked the top buttons on his uniform and turned on the tape recorder while slowly leaning towards the wall for a better sound quality. The tape is below.

Why not post it in your application as a report? :D

This is more like an investigation going on than a report. Please refer to PM for questions instead of posting it here. :)
I am stil yet to find more evidence to request a warrant on them.

Meh. I rather want more police officers involved in this than a judge declining this without knowing that it even is. ^^
